目前，公知技术，土豆丝是道非常普通的家常菜，而切土豆丝是件很烦琐的事情，很耗时间，能把土豆丝切的均匀且需要相当好的刀功才能做的到，本实用新型未作出之前，无台式土豆丝切刀的使用，检索专利文献，无该技术的新技术方案公开。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中无台式土豆丝切刀的不足，本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种以杠杆原理设计的台式土豆丝切刀，整个土豆只需两刀，即可切成均匀土豆丝，达到了使用方便、省时省力的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：由底台、合页、刀网、手柄组成，其特征在于底台上面有刀网，刀网和底台用合页连接，刀网连接合页的对边带有手柄，使用时手握手柄提起刀网，将土豆放在底台上，按下刀网把土豆切成片，然后把土豆片平叠在底台上，按下刀网即可切成土豆丝。
本实用新型的有益效果是设计简单，成本低廉，使用方便，实用性较大。
