一种钢管矫直辊,包括有由低碳高铬铸铁制造的辊体,其特征在于:所述的辊体内设有由合金钢制造的内层,所述辊体内设有嵌铸槽,所述的内层位于嵌铸槽内且和辊体嵌铸成一体,所述辊体的外表面上设有一层渗氮层。
本实用新型中辊体采用低碳高铬铸铁的外层和合金钢的内层,使得强度和韧性好,且降低了对贵金属成本的消耗,同时在低碳高铬铸铁的外层表面上设有渗氮层,也增加了其耐磨性。
