发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种耐磨损且使用寿命高的汽车天线用不锈钢线材。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种汽车天线用不锈钢线材，所述线材包含有线材本体，所述线材本体外包覆有防锈层。
本实用新型汽车天线用不锈钢线材，所述线材本体的材质为半奥氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢。
本实用新型汽车天线用不锈钢线材，上述半奥氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢的型号为SUS631。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型天线本体采用半奥氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢，因而具有较高的强度，大大提高了其耐磨性能，延长线材的使用寿命；同时，在线材本体外面包覆防锈层，进一步有助于提高防腐、防锈性能。

不锈钢是一种优质钢材，不仅耐磨，而且外观精美，不锈钢的这些优良性能，决定了其成为高档汽车行业的首选材料，而不锈钢也是汽车天线的最佳材料；半奥氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢，利用此钢种的时效处理可提高强度，并使得产品具有较高的弹性；同时含有7.0%左右的Ni元素，又具有较高的耐腐蚀性能。

2.如权利要求1所述一种汽车天线用不锈钢线材，其特征在于：所述线材本体（1）的材质为半奥氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢。
3.如权利要求2所述一种汽车天线用不锈钢线材，其特征在于：上述半奥氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢的型号为SUS631。
