一种碾压混凝土切缝机，包括电动夯实机，电动夯实机下部安装有切缝刀片；切缝刀片上安装有法兰，切缝刀片通过法兰与电动夯实机下部的法兰螺栓连接；切缝刀片长度为300mm、宽度为300mm、厚度为10mm。本实用新型提供的一种碾压混凝土切缝机，由于将现有电动夯实机所用的夯实压板去掉，加装切缝刀片，利用电动夯实机上下快速往复运动即可完成碾压混凝土缝切缝，可以解决现有碾压混凝土切缝机无法实现便携切缝的问题，体积小、重量轻、机动灵活、操作方便、效率高；只需两名工作人员即可完成碾压混凝土切缝功能，有效地提高了分缝速度。

本实用新型涉及一种混凝土切缝装置，尤其涉及一种碾压混凝土切缝机。 
背景技术
国内现有的碾压混凝土切缝机有两种：
一种为机载式切缝机，是由挖掘机改装而成，适合大面积、高强度碾压混凝土缝面切缝，由于改装及使用成本较高，难形成商业使用。
另一种为手持式切缝机，是由电动机带动偏心齿轮机构对弹簧压缩产生能量带动刀片，达到对碾压混凝土缝面上下切缝的目的。该机自重较重（80公斤左右，而自行改装的碾压混凝土缝切缝装置自重为60公斤），不便于人工在仓内搬运使用，并且采购单价较自行改装的碾压混凝土缝切缝装置高了一倍左右，经济性及现场使用性能差。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种碾压混凝土切缝机，可以解决现有碾压混凝土切缝机无法实现便携切缝的问题，体积小、重量轻、机动灵活、操作方便、效率高。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种碾压混凝土切缝机，包括电动夯实机，电动夯实机下部安装有切缝刀片。
切缝刀片上安装有法兰，切缝刀片通过法兰与电动夯实机下部的法兰螺栓连接。
切缝刀片长度为300mm、宽度为300mm、厚度为10mm。
本实用新型提供的一种碾压混凝土切缝机，由于将现有电动夯实机所用的夯实压板去掉，加装切缝刀片，利用电动夯实机上下快速往复运动即可完成碾压混凝土缝切缝，可以解决现有碾压混凝土切缝机无法实现便携切缝的问题，体积小、重量轻、机动灵活、操作方便、效率高；只需两名工作人员即可完成碾压混凝土切缝功能，有效地提高了分缝速度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括电动夯实机1，电动夯实机1下部安装有切缝刀片2。
切缝刀片2上安装有法兰3，切缝刀片2通过法兰3与电动夯实机1下部的法兰螺栓连接，法兰3的内径为58mm、中孔高120mm。
切缝刀片2长度为300mm、宽度为300mm、厚度为10mm。
切缝刀片2的主视图和侧视图分别如图2和图3所示，电动夯实机顶杆缸套4由内径58mm，长120mm的无缝钢管制成，无缝钢管下端封头，无缝钢管上端与法兰3焊接，电动夯实机顶杆缸套4与切缝刀片2双面焊接。
碾压混凝土切缝作业时，只需两名工作人员相对上下抬动电动夯实机1的手柄，使切缝刀片2上下快速振动，在混凝土碾压密实后直接切缝，便可完成碾压混凝土切缝工作。

1.一种碾压混凝土切缝机，包括电动夯实机（1），其特征在于：电动夯实机（1）下部安装有切缝刀片（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碾压混凝土切缝机，其特征在于：切缝刀片（2）上安装有法兰（3），切缝刀片（2）通过法兰（3）与电动夯实机(1)下部的法兰螺栓连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种碾压混凝土切缝机，其特征在于：切缝刀片（2）长度为300mm、宽度为300mm、厚度为10mm。
