目前，公知的新能源汽车作为一个新兴项目，其安全性广泛的受到关注与重视，出于对驾驶者、乘员、救援和维护人员的安全考虑，除了加装电控断电系统之外，还需要加装一套可靠的方便驾驶员操作的手动机械紧急断电装置，确保新能源汽车在紧急状况或电控系统失效的情况下仍能快速有效的切断动力输出，确保人车安全。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的不足，本实用新型提供一种电池紧急开关车身操纵装置。 
一种电池紧急开关车身操纵装置，按键通过螺钉安装在金属杆上，小弹簧套在棘爪上，棘爪通过底座顶在金属杆上，O型圈套在金属杆上，压缩弹簧套在金属杆上，并两端卡接在按键和底座内，波纹管位于按键和底座之间，并套在金属杆和压缩弹簧的外侧，销子安装在金属杆上。 
本实用新型通过人为施加力使金属杆发生定向运动，触发电池内的开关使纯电动汽车的电池断电，从而在一些危险情况下保护了人和 车辆的安全。 
本实用新型结构简单，成本低，易于使用。操作简便，易于使用，结构安全，驾驶员周边合适位置均可安装，在一些危急情况下比电控系统更加可靠。 
本实用新型的优点是在车辆内部驾驶员附近安装紧急断电系统，实现快速有效切断动力输出功能，确保人车安全。

一种电池紧急开关车身操纵装置，其具体结构为：按键1、棘爪2、O型圈3、金属杆4、压缩弹簧5、波纹管6、底座7、销子8、小弹簧9构成。 
按键1通过螺钉安装在金属杆4上，小弹簧9套在棘爪2上，棘爪2通过底座7顶在金属杆4上，O型圈3套在金属杆4上，压缩弹簧5套在金属杆4上两段卡接在按键1和底座7内，波纹管6位于按键1和底座7之间，并套在金属杆4和压缩弹簧5的外侧，销子8安装在金属杆4上。 
电池紧急开关操纵装置10安装在杯托盒11上，杯托盒11连接副仪表板本体12。 
1)电池紧急开关操纵装置外型设计：根据方便、快速、醒目等原则，紧急开关应操作简便，开关按键涂成红色用以警示。 
2)电池紧急开关操纵装置结构设计：紧急开关结构应简单可靠，在车辆使用周期内不应失效，操作方法为直接按下红色按键。 
3)电池紧急开关操纵装置布置与防护设计：为了便于驾驶员操作，电池紧急开关布置在中通道副仪表板杯托内，上有波纹管和底座对其内部结构进行保护。 
如上所述，对本实用新型的实施例进行了详细地说明，但是只要实质上没有脱离本实用新型的发明点及效果可以有很多的变形，这对本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的。因此，这样的变形例也全部包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

2.根据权利要求1上述的一种电池紧急开关车身操纵装置，其特征在于电池紧急开关操纵装置安装在杯托盒上，杯托盒连接副仪表板本体。
