技术领域
本实用新型属于燃气锅炉技术领域中一种以燃烧气体为燃料的燃气锅炉。
背景技术
随着燃气产业的不断发展和燃气锅炉的广泛应用，对的燃气锅炉技术要求也越来越高。在已知技术中，现有的燃气锅炉主要是锅炉主体内装设加热水管和出烟气通道，再连接燃气燃烧器组成，但受其构造所限，其结构设计不合理，热效率低，耗能高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，解决现有的燃气锅炉结构设计不合理，热效率低的问题。本实用新型之目的是提供一种结构简单，热效率高，节省能源，使用简便的新式燃气锅炉。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种三回程新型远红外燃气锅炉，它设有：锅炉主体、燃气燃烧器，锅炉主体为卧室炉体，炉体内腔装设有蓄热室、导热连管和列管式热交换器，蓄热室内装设有远红外金属蓄热网其进口端接连燃气燃烧器、出口端接连火管通道，火管通道另一端对接回转封头连接列管式热交换器，列管式热交换器烟气出口由回折弯接管连至烟囱接头，在锅炉主体上还装连有排污管接头。
上述三回程新型远红外燃气锅炉，所述回折弯接管是出烟内管外部装连有水套管。
本实用新型使用时，根据实际需要，将本新型的燃气锅炉装设到设定位置，接通燃气管和水管等，点燃燃气燃烧器，便进行供暖、洗浴和提供热水工作。
由于本实用新型设计采用了上述技术方案，尤其是设计为三回程式结构，加之在蓄热室内装设有远红外金属蓄热材料，使得燃气在蓄热室内充分燃烧，并使烟气温度提高，还在烟气出口采用了水套管的回折弯接管，有效地解决了现有的燃气锅炉结构设计不合理，热效率低的问题。经过数次试验试用结构表明，它与现有技术相比，具有结构简单实用，设计合理，热效率高，节省能源，使用简便等用电，适用于工矿企业、学校、农村等燃烧各种燃气的供暖、洗浴和烧热水。

具体实施方式
如附图1-图2所示实施例，本实用新型设有：锅炉主体1、燃气燃烧器2，锅炉主体1为卧室炉体，炉体内腔装设有蓄热室3、火管通道5和列管式热交换器9，蓄热室3内装设有远红外金属蓄热网4其进口端接连燃气燃烧器2、出口端接连火管通道5，火管通道5另一端对接回转封头8连接列管式热交换器9，列管式热交换器9的烟气出口由回折弯接管10连至烟囱接头12，回折弯接管10是出烟气管外部装连有水套管，在回折弯接管10的顶部位于烟囱接头处的水套管上装连有出水管接头，在锅炉主体1上还装连有排污管接头13，锅炉主体上装连有连接列管式热交换器9水管的进水管接头6，并在锅炉主体上装连有连通列管式热交换器9水管的液位计7。

1.一种三回程新型远红外燃气锅炉，它设有锅炉主体、燃气燃烧器，其特征在于，锅炉主体为卧室炉体，炉体内腔装设有蓄热室(3)、火管通道(5)和列管式热交换器(9)，蓄热室(3)内装设有远红外金属蓄热网(4)其进口端接连沼燃燃烧器(2)、出口端接连火管通道(5)，火管通道(5)另一端对接回转封头(8)连接列管式热交换器(9)，列管式热交换器(9)的烟气出口由回折弯接管(10)连至烟囱接头(12)，在回折弯接管(10)的顶部位于烟囱接头处的水套管上装连有出水管接头，锅炉主体上装连有连接列管式热交换器(9)水管的进水管接头(6)，在锅炉主体上还装连有排污管接头(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三回程新型远红外燃气锅炉，其特征在于，回折弯接管(10)是出烟气管外部装连有水套管。
