本实用新型公开了一种径向爪式弹性联轴器,解决了现有的梅花形弹性联轴器,传递扭矩小、可靠性差、弹性体损坏时不方便进行更换的技术问题。其包括两联接半体,两联接半体上分别设置有互相匹配的径向爪式主动盘和径向爪式从动盘;径向爪式主动盘与径向爪式从动盘相互配合的齿在其结合处设置有多个垂直于旋转轴线方向的孔,孔内活动设置有聚氨酯材质的圆柱弹性体;多个圆柱弹性体外套有紧固圈。紧固圈由径向爪式主动盘上的圆周台阶和设置在径向爪式主动盘上的多个螺钉进行定位。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种机械传动部件,具体涉及一种联轴器。
背景技术
联轴器属于机械通用零部件,是一种用来联接不同机构中的两根轴(主动轴和从动轴)使之共同旋转以传递扭矩的机械零件。现有标准的梅花形弹性联轴器,采用梅花形弹性体轴向受挤压进行传动,传递扭矩小、可靠性差、弹性体损坏时不方便进行更换。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可靠性好的径向爪式弹性联轴器,能够传递较大扭矩,误差允许范围较大,结构简单,安全高效,方便维护。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的径向爪式弹性联轴器,包括两联接半体,两联接半体上分别设置有互相匹配的径向爪式主动盘和径向爪式从动盘;径向爪式主动盘与径向爪式从动盘相互配合的齿在其结合处设置有多个垂直于旋转轴线方向的孔,孔内活动设置有聚氨酯材质的圆柱弹性体;多个圆柱弹性体外套有紧固圈。
进一步,本实用新型的径向爪式弹性联轴器,其紧固圈由径向爪式主动盘上的圆周台阶和设置在径向爪式主动盘上的多个螺钉进行定位。
本实用新型的优点体现在下述几个方面:
由于径向爪式主动盘和径向爪式从动盘互相匹配,径向爪式主动盘与径向爪式从动盘相互配合的齿可以传递较大扭矩;
由于孔采取径向布局,孔内活动设置的圆柱弹性体能够自动定心,轴向、径向、角向误差允许范围较大,轴端不对中安装时,不会对两端轴承及轴产生过大的交变应力;
联轴器工作时,圆柱弹性体受挤压,径向爪式主动盘和径向爪式从动盘配合紧密,可靠性和安全性高;
本实用新型工作时,磨损主要产生在圆柱弹性体部分,对圆柱弹性体拆装时,只需要移开紧固圈即可用手拿出,维护方便。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3可见,本实用新型的径向爪式弹性联轴器,包括两联接半体3,两联接半体3用于联接设备伸出轴。径向爪式主动盘2、径向爪式从动盘4分别紧固在两联接半体3上,相互配合时留有不同规格的间隙,使得径向爪式主动盘2、径向爪式从动盘4能够靠拢整体移出。
径向爪式主动盘2与径向爪式从动盘4上分别设置有齿且相互配合,在径向爪式主动盘2与径向爪式从动盘4上分别设置的齿的结合处设置有多个垂直于旋转轴线方向的孔34,如图3可见,在径向爪式弹性联轴器的截面上,多个孔34是均布设置的。孔34内活动设置有聚氨酯材质的圆柱弹性体5。
由于孔34是垂直于旋转轴线方向的,圆柱弹性体5与孔34匹配,因而多个圆柱弹性体5也是垂直于旋转轴线方向的;由于多个孔34是均布设置的,因而圆柱弹性体5在径向爪式弹性联轴器的截面上也是均布的。圆柱弹性体5具备一定的变形能力,因而多个圆柱弹性体5可以自动定心,轴向、径向、角向误差允许范围较大,轴端不对中安装时,不会对两端轴承及轴产生过大的交变应力。
圆柱弹性体5可以选用各种高弹性和高韧性高分子材料制作,能辅助径向爪式主动盘2和径向爪式从动盘4传递扭矩,同时能有效的减少运行过程中产生的振动和冲击,防止噪音。
多个圆柱弹性体5外套有紧固圈1,该紧固圈1可以防止圆柱弹性体5产生位移或变形。
进一步的,为了加强紧固效果,紧固圈1由径向爪式主动盘2上的圆周台阶25和设置在径向爪式主动盘2上的多个螺钉26进行定位。
设备使用过程中,圆柱弹性体出现轻微破损的情况下,只需将主动盘2上的多个螺钉26取下,移开紧固圈1,即可用手轻松取出圆柱弹性体5进行更换。若破损严重,可松开径向爪式主动盘2和径向爪式从动盘4与两联接半体3之间的紧固螺钉,将两者相互靠拢整体移出进行清理。在整个更换过程中,左右设备无需移动,方便快捷。

1.一种径向爪式弹性联轴器,包括两联接半体(3),两联接半体(3)上分别设置有互相匹配的径向爪式主动盘(2)和径向爪式从动盘(4);其特征在于:径向爪式主动盘(2)与径向爪式从动盘(4)相互配合的齿在其结合处设置有多个垂直于旋转轴线方向的孔(34),孔(34)内活动设置有聚氨酯材质的圆柱弹性体(5);多个圆柱弹性体(5)外套有紧固圈(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的径向爪式弹性联轴器,其特征在于:紧固圈(1)由径向爪式主动盘(2)上的圆周台阶(25)和设置在径向爪式主动盘(2)上的多个螺钉(26)进行定位。
