一种集装箱用简易轿车运输车架，包括竖梁、横梁，竖梁与横梁相互垂直，其特点是，竖梁上设有与横梁平行的前托车梁、后托车梁、抓地梁，抓地梁设在竖梁的端部，绑扎带的一端与竖梁固定连接。本实用新型的集装箱用简易轿车运输车架，结构简单，重量较轻，成本低，操作简单，可大幅度提高集装箱的空间利用率，将一个集装箱装两辆车提高到一个集装箱装三辆车，并可用于普通40尺集装箱和40尺高柜集装箱，适用范围广泛。

本实用新型涉及一种集装箱用简易轿车运输车架。
背景技术
我国已成为汽车出口大国，集装箱运输轿车成了出口运输的主要方式之一，但是现在的集装箱运输轿车方式通常为一个集装箱装两台轿车，只利用了集装箱的底部空间，利用率较低。现有的双层轿车运输车架结构复杂，重量较大，成本较高，制造周期长，只能使用于40尺高柜集装箱，无法适用于集装箱运输轿车出口业务。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单、重量较轻、成本低，适用范围广的集装箱用简易轿车运输车架。
本实用新型的集装箱用简易轿车运输车架，包括竖梁、横梁，竖梁与横梁相互垂直，其特点是，竖梁上设有与横梁平行的前托车梁、后托车梁、抓地梁，抓地梁设在竖梁的端部，绑扎带的一端与竖梁固定连接。
本实用新型的集装箱用简易轿车运输车架，使用时，轿车的前后轮分别放在前托车梁、后托车梁上，并用绑扎带和锁紧器，抓地梁与集装箱底板接触，再用叉车将车架前端托起到与集装箱底平面成20°，用绑扎带和锁紧器将车架的前端、侧端分别与集装箱顶部、侧部的锁环固定。
本实用新型的集装箱用简易轿车运输车架，结构简单，重量较轻，成本低，操作简单，可大幅度提高集装箱的空间利用率，将一个集装箱装两辆车提高到一个集装箱装三辆车，并可用于普通40尺集装箱和40尺高柜集装箱，适用范围广泛。
