本实用新型公开了一种单梁自行车车架。本实用新型单梁自行车车架,前梁采用直径60mm壁厚1.2mm的钢管,所述钢管下段管长320mm缩成直径50.8mm,并屈弯为屈弯半径175mm角度66°的圆弧,所述钢管上段压弯成弯曲半径600mm角度28.5°的圆弧,所述钢管的中段为弧形过渡段分别连接钢管上段和钢管下段,所述钢管的上下两端面分别为弧型。本实用新型现采用1.2mm的单梁设计,由过去的双梁改为现在的单梁,节约了钢材,降低了生产成本,同时增加了强度和美观感。

本实用新型涉及自行车领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种单梁自行车车架。
背景技术
以前的车架采用管壁1.4mm的厚度的钢管并且是双梁结构,才能保证自行车架的承载力和强度,但是这样的结构形式耗用较多的钢材,造成产品的生产成本较高,影响市场竞争力。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种单梁自行车车架。
本实用新型单梁自行车车架,通过下述技术方案予以实现,其特征是,前梁采用直径60mm壁厚1.2mm的钢管,所述钢管下段管长320mm缩成直径50.8mm,并屈弯为屈弯半径175mm角度66°的圆弧,所述钢管上段压弯成弯曲半径600mm角度28.5°的圆弧,所述钢管的中段为弧形过渡段分别连接钢管上段和钢管下段,所述钢管的上下两端面分别为弧型。
本实用新型现采用1.2mm的单梁设计,由过去的双梁改为现在的单梁,节约了钢材,降低了生产成本,同时增加了强度和美观感。

如图1所示,前梁采用直径60mm壁厚1.2mm的钢管,所述钢管下段1管长320mm缩成直径50.8mm,并屈弯为屈弯半径175mm角度66°的圆弧,所述钢管上段3压弯成弯曲半径600mm角度28.5°的圆弧,所述钢管的中段2为弧形过渡段分别连接钢管上段和钢管下段,所述钢管的上下两端面分别为弧型。
本实用新型制作是首先将直径60mm壁厚1.2mm的钢管采用缩管机将其下端缩成直径50.8mm,长320mm并屈弯,屈弯半径175mm圆弧66°,上段半径600mm园管压弯成28.5°的弧度。第一次采取左右挤压成型,第二次上下挤压成梯型,然后管料表面精工研磨,上下两端分别冲弧成型,方便与其它管料对接。
