本实用新型涉及一种等静压模具的坯体结构。
背景技术:
目前,用陶瓷模具砖坯成型的是三层胶等静压,包括有钢体、第一胶层、第二胶层、第三胶层,第一胶层粘贴在钢体表面,第一胶层设有粘结槽,通过粘结槽和第二胶层紧密粘结,粘结后在第一胶层和第二胶层之间充入液压油,形成储油腔,然后压制粘贴第三层胶。采用上述结构工艺,胶层在压制过程中胶体往外挤压,里外压力不一样,造成储油腔之间的大小不一样,胶层的厚度不一样,严重影响了等静压成型效果。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种可保证生产得到储油腔大小和胶层厚度一致的等静压模具的坯体结构。
本实用新型的发明目的可以通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种等静压模具的坯体结构,包括钢体、第一胶层和第二胶层,第一胶层粘贴在钢体表面,第二胶层粘结在第一胶层上,在第一胶层和第二胶层之间设有速溶片。
采用本技术方案后,本实用新型的有益效果是:可提高胶层厚度一致性,压制胶层后模具通入水,速溶片迅速溶解形成标准的储油腔,且能保证标准的胶层厚度,解决了传统三层胶等静压模具的储油腔大小不一致,胶层厚度不一致的问题,达到更佳的等静压效果。

本实施例的等静压模具坯体包括有钢体1、第一胶层2、第二胶层3和速溶片4,第一胶层2粘贴在钢体1表面,第二胶层3粘结在钢体1和第一胶层2上,第一胶层2顶部与第二胶层3之间设有速溶片4。
压制胶层后模具通入水,速溶片4迅速溶解并流出,原来的速溶片4占据的体积便形成标准的储油腔5,且能保证标准的胶层厚度,解决了传统三层胶等静压模具的储油腔大小不一致,胶层厚度不一致的问题,达到更佳的等静压效果。
