本实用新型涉及用于管材切割夹具技术领域，是一种切割夹具。
背景技术
目前，在PVC管材生产中需要大量切割PVC管材而形成不同形状的部件，但切割PVC管材的刀具中心线与管材的中心线不易调整一致，造成管材倒角以及切割不均匀，需要在切割后再进行调整，因此切割效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种切割夹具，克服了上述现有技术之不足，其能解决切割PVC管材的刀具与PVC管材不易定位的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样来实现的：一种切割夹具，包括支架、活动夹具和夹具；在支架的中部有通孔，活动夹具包括滑槽板、滑板、气缸和呈90°夹角的夹板，在支架前侧上部固定有滑槽板，在滑槽板上方的支架上固定安装有气缸，在滑槽板内有滑板，滑板的上方与气缸的气缸伸缩头固定连接在一起，在滑板的下端固定有呈90°的夹角夹板；在支架前侧下部的左侧和右侧分别固定有呈45°夹角的夹具。
以上夹具为可调式夹具，可调式夹具包括定位槽板和顶板，在支架下部的左侧和右侧分别固定有呈45°夹角的定位槽板，在定位槽板和顶板上分别有相对应的至少两组的螺纹孔，顶板的下部通过螺纹孔和螺钉固定在定位槽板内。
以上顶板的上端固定有宽度大于顶板宽度的顶头。
以上顶头上固定有橡胶垫。
以上夹板上固定有橡胶垫。
以上支架的后侧上部固定有活动夹具，在支架后侧下部的左侧和右侧分别固定有呈45°夹角的夹具。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，通过气缸调整滑板不同高度，从而使呈90°夹角的夹板夹持不同管径的PVC管材，并使PVC管材的中心和刀具中心线一致，因此极大地提高了切割效率，提高了产品质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种切割夹具，包括支架1、活动夹具和夹具；在支架1的中部有通孔2，活动夹具包括滑槽板3、滑板4、气缸5和呈90°夹角的夹板6，在支架1前侧上部固定有滑槽板3，在滑槽板3上方的支架1上固定安装有气缸5，在滑槽板3内有滑板4，滑板4的上方与气缸5的气缸伸缩头固定连接在一起，在滑板4的下端固定有呈90°的夹角夹板6；在支架1前侧下部的左侧和右侧分别固定有呈45°夹角的夹具。通过气缸5调整滑板4不同高度，从而使呈90°夹角的夹板6夹持不同管径的PVC管材11，并使PVC管材11的中心和刀具中心线一致。
如图1所示，夹具为可调式夹具，可调式夹具包括定位槽板7和顶板8，在支架1下部的左侧和右侧分别固定有呈45°夹角的定位槽板7，在定位槽板7和顶板8上分别有相对应的至少两组的螺纹孔9，顶板8的下部通过螺纹孔9和螺钉固定在定位槽板7内。通过调整不同的螺纹孔9，能对不同管径的PVC管材11进行夹持。
如图1所示，为了能更好地夹持PVC管材11，顶板8的上端固定有宽度大于顶板宽度的顶头10。
为了降低和PVC管材11之间的磨损，在顶头10上固定有橡胶垫，夹板6上固定有橡胶垫。
如图1所示，支架1的后侧上部固定有活动夹具，在支架1后侧下部的左侧和右侧分别固定有呈45°夹角的夹具。这样，可通过支架1前方和后方的活动夹具和夹具来夹持PVC管材11，能更加稳定得夹持PVC管材11。

1.一种切割夹具，其特征在于包括支架(1)、活动夹具和夹具；在支架(1)的中部有通孔(2)，活动夹具包括滑槽板(3)、滑板(4)、气缸(5)和呈90°夹角的夹板(6)，在支架(1)前侧上部固定有滑槽板(3)，在滑槽板(3)上方的支架(1)上固定安装有气缸(5)，在滑槽板(3)内有滑板(4)，滑板(4)的上方与气缸(5)的气缸伸缩头固定连接在一起，在滑板(4)的下端固定有呈90°的夹角夹板(6)；在支架(1)前侧下部的左侧和右侧分别固定有呈45°夹角的夹具。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切割夹具，其特征在于夹具为可调式夹具，可调式夹具包括定位槽板(7)和顶板(8)，在支架(1)下部的左侧和右侧分别固定有呈45°夹角的定位槽板(7)，在定位槽板(7)和顶板(8)上分别有相对应的至少两组的螺纹孔(9)，顶板(8)的下部通过螺纹孔(9)和螺钉固定在定位槽板(7)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的切割夹具，其特征在于顶板(8)的上端固定有宽度大于顶板(8)宽度的顶头(10)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的切割夹具，其特征在于顶头(10)上固定有橡胶垫。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的切割夹具，其特征在于夹板(6)上固定有橡胶垫。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的切割夹具，其特征在于支架(1)的后侧上部固定有活动夹具，在支架(1)后侧下部的左侧和右侧分别固定有呈45°夹角的夹具。
