本实用新型提供了一种新型汽车发动机进气系统,本实用新型的核心部件是变截面凸轮,所述凸轮一端扬程小,一端扬程大,两端线性过渡,改变凸轮与挺柱的接触点即可改变气门的升程。驾驶者踩下油门踏板,油门拉线就拉动摇臂,摇臂推动凸轮轴做轴向移动,凸轮与挺柱接触处的扬程变大,使气门升程变大,与此同时,发动机的输出功率变大。本实用新型不需要节气门的参与即可控制发动机功率输出,因此在发动机正常工作状态下,节气门处于全开状态以减小进气阻力,提高进气效率。本实用新型兼顾了发动机的经济性和动力性,且结构简单、可靠,成本低廉。

本实用新型属于汽车内燃机领域,具体涉及一种无级可变气门升程的汽车发动机进气系统。 
背景技术:
现有的可变气门升程技术大多数是有级可变,即当发动机转速到达某个值时突然改变气门的升程,动力输出不线性,且空气在到达气门前还会受到节气门的阻力,进气效率不高;而宝马,日产等厂家的无级可变气门升程技术,虽然气门升程的大小可以随着油门踏板的踩入程度而改变,且正常情况下节气门处于全开的状态,但技术复杂、机构庞大、电子器件众多,因而成本很高,且可靠性不及纯机械的机构。 
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、进气效率高、成本低,并且是纯机械结构的无级可变气门升程进气系统。 
发明内容:
气门升程的大小取决于凸轮的扬程,本实用新型采用了扬程可以在一定范围内连续变化的凸轮。本实用新型基于变截面的凸轮,即凸轮一端扬程小,另一端扬程大,两端之间线性过渡,从而使得该凸轮的扬程可以在最小和最大之间线性变化,实现方法是:油门拉线控制摇臂,使其推动凸轮轴轴向移动来使气门的升程在最大值和最小值之间任意变化。当发动机处于怠速状态时,用扬程最小的一端驱动挺柱,这时气门升程最小;随着油门踏板的踩下,油门拉线拉动摇臂使凸轮轴 发生轴向移动,增大凸轮与挺柱接触点的凸轮的扬程,从而增大气门的升程;当油门踏板踩到底时,凸轮扬程最大端与挺柱接触,气门升程达到最大。 
由于气门升程是随油门踏板的踩入程度而连续变化的,兼具节气门的作用,故而节气门可取消,但是考虑到车辆的电子防滑系统的需要,本实用新型保留节气门,且节气门处于全开状态。 
本实用新型不再依靠节气门的开启角度来改变发动机的输出功率,而是采用基于变截面凸轮的无级可变气门升程的方法调节发动机的输出功率。使得发动机进气效率提高,兼顾经济性和动力性。与宝马等公司的无级可变气门升程技术相比,本实用新型具有纯机械结构的特点,且结构简单,成本低廉,可靠性高。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
从图1和图2中可以看出,凸轮的扬程有最大端和最小端,最大端和最小端之间线性过渡。本实用新型依靠改变凸轮与挺柱的接触点来改变气门的升程。在图3中,发动机处于怠速状态,凸轮轴1上凸 轮扬程最小处与挺柱2接触,此时气门5升程最小;随着油门踏板的踩下,油门拉线4拉动摇臂3,摇臂3推动凸轮轴1轴向移动,凸轮与挺柱2接触处的扬程变大,使得气门5升程变大;在图4中,发动机处于全油门状态,凸轮轴1上凸轮扬程最大处与挺柱2接触,此时气门5升程最大。 
综上,本实用新型以纯机械结构实现了气门升程无级可变的效果。
