本实用新型涉及药敏检测器具技术领域,具体的就是快速药敏检测试剂盒。 
背景技术
目前对细菌性引起的各种疾病的防治仍为一些常用抗生素类与化学类抗菌药为主导,而面临市场诸多的药物如何合理选用药物进行治疗成为大家普遍关心的事情。目前,主要用抗菌药的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(MBC)及MIC/MBC比率为参数或是K-B法的抑菌圈的大小为参数,来比较不同药物的作用效果。 
美国Becton Dickinson公司应用微量稀释法原理研制的Sceptor MIC/ID半自动药敏鉴定系统,可同时进行菌株数值化鉴定和药敏实验。法国梅里埃公司的VITEK-GNA系列可以提供多种抗生素的药敏卡,以上检查器材多存在相同的问题,就是比较昂贵,不适合现有的国内环境。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种结构合理、操作简单、价廉的药敏盒。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是快速药敏检测试剂盒,该试剂盒是由细菌定量比色卡,微量药敏检测板,增菌管,显色液,终止液,培养液,一次性滴管组成。 
所述的细菌定量比色卡:由标准比色卡和比色杯组成,可进行细菌定量。 
所述的微量药敏检测板:为微量多孔板,其上预设比色杯,其内包被显色液20-100μL,板内其它孔包被20-100μL不同的药物,每种药物均设有4-7个梯度,干燥灭菌封口,用于细菌对药物敏感的检测。 
本实用新型主要优点: 
(1)本快速药敏检测试剂盒配套齐全使用方便,有增菌管用于增菌,细菌定量比色卡可快速测定菌浓度,液体培养液可根据检测的菌不同进行选配,微量药敏检测板已包被好药物,直接加入菌即可,整个药敏检测只需9-11h。 
(2)不需任何仪器设备,只用本快速药敏检测试剂盒即可。 
(3)可达到平板抑菌圈测定水平。

具体实施方式
参见图1,2,3本实用新型快速药敏检测试剂盒,其包括:微量药敏检测板,其上预设比色杯,细菌定量比色卡其由标准比色卡和比色杯组成,增菌管,显色液,培养液,终止液,一次性滴管。 
实施例1.细菌定量比色卡的制备:细菌定量比色卡其由标准比色卡和比色杯组成。①比色杯的制备:在比色杯中加入0.001-0.04g/L MTT 20-100μL,干燥灭菌封口。②标准比色卡的制备:取不同浓度的菌(范围1-50亿/ml)100-200μL,加入以上的比色杯中,摇动比色杯约1min后,室温下静止10-30min,加5-10%甲醛终止液20-100μL,用数码相机拍照,制成标准比色卡。 
实施例2.细菌定量比色卡测定菌浓度:取被测菌液,取100-200μL加入比色杯中,摇动比色杯约1min后,室温下静止10-30min,加终止液20-100μL,然后与标准比色卡对比,找出与其相同颜色或相似颜色,即标准比色卡上对应的菌浓度则为该被测菌的浓度。 
实施例3.微量药敏检测板的制备:为微量多孔板,其上预设比色杯,其内包被显色液20-100μL,板内其它孔包被20-100μL不同的药物,每种药物均设有4-7个梯度,干燥灭菌封口。 
实施例4.快速药敏检测试剂盒使用:取濒死牙鲆一只,取病变的鳃一片,用无菌水冲洗一下,将其放入增菌管内,加入2116E液体培养液,增菌至培养半透明后,取菌100-200 μL加入微量药敏检测板上预设的比色杯中,用细菌定量比色卡进行细菌定量,然后将菌调至2-5亿/ml,取该浓度菌100-200μL加入微量药敏检测板,培养8-10h,加显色液20-100μL,继续培养1h,然后肉眼观察不同药物的最小抑菌浓度。

1.快速药敏检测试剂盒,其特征是:该试剂盒是由细菌定量比色卡,微量药敏检测板,增菌管,显色液,终止液,培养液,一次性滴管组成。
2.如权利要求1所述快速药敏检测试剂盒,其特征为所述的细菌定量比色卡:由标准比色卡和比色杯组成,可进行细菌定量。
3.如权利要求1所述快速药敏检测试剂盒,其特征为所述的微量药敏检测板:为微量多孔板,其上预设比色杯,其内包被显色液20-100μL,板内其它孔包被20-100μL不同的药物,每种药物均设有4-7个梯度,干燥灭菌封口,用于细菌对药物敏感的检测。
