背景技术
在机械技术中对于圆形零件通常利用三卡盘或平口钳来装夹，此两种装夹方式费时又费力，在大批量生产中为了解决工人们的劳动强度我们设计了一种凸轮快速夹装置。 
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种凸轮快速夹装置。 
为解决上述问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的： 
一种凸轮快速夹装置，是由圆形工件1、上V形夹紧块2、弹簧3、支承轴4、凸轮轴5、夹紧支承销6、凸轮7、凸轮手柄8组成，其特征在于：上下两夹紧块的形状呈V形，所述的凸轮形状呈螺旋形的，所述的夹紧支承销端面呈半球形的，夹紧支承销与V形夹紧块之间是过盈配合。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：一种凸轮快速夹装置，结构简单、操作方便、降低工人的劳动强等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种凸轮快速夹装置，是由圆形工件1、上V形夹紧块2、弹簧3、支承轴4、凸轮轴5、夹紧支承销6、凸轮7、凸轮手柄8组成，当工件放入上下两V形夹紧块之后，向下旋转凸轮手柄8带动凸轮7、通过夹紧支承销6上下联动从而带动上下V形夹紧块实现对工件的快速夹紧；当向上旋转凸轮手柄8时凸轮半径变小在弹簧3的作用下弹起上下上V形夹紧块，从而松开对工件的夹紧。
