现有的筛筒自动清扫装置结构复杂，需要另加动力源，能量消耗大，清扫效果不理想。

为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本实用新型提供一种具有结构简单、节能和清扫效果好特点的筛筒自动清扫装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种筛筒自动清扫装置，清扫滚筒通过两端的轴承安装在两端的轴承座上，轴向以轴套定位、挡圈固定，在轴承座内轴套的外圆处装有油封，端盖用螺栓Ⅰ固定在轴承座的端面上，轴承座又用螺栓Ⅱ和螺母固定在安装座上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：具有结构简单、节能和清扫效果好的特点。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
参见图1和图2，一种筛筒自动清扫装置，清扫滚筒3通过两端的轴承6安装在两端的轴承座2上，轴向以轴套4定位、挡圈7固定，在轴承座2内轴套4的外圆处装有油封5，端盖8用螺栓Ⅰ9固定在轴承座2的端面上，轴承座2又用螺栓Ⅱ10和螺母11固定在安装座上。
工作时，清扫滚筒3与分离机的筛网滚筒贴合滚动，堵住筛网网孔的小石子在清扫滚筒3的压力作用下被挤出，从而达到自动清理筛网滚筒的效果。
本实用新型具有结构简单、节能和清扫效果好的特点。
