背景技术
目前国内粉碎行业在粉碎化工产品及矿石产品过程中，粉碎机对产品的细度能一定程度上满足工艺要求，但筛网不耐用，金属物结晶对筛网易造成损坏，特别筛网损坏后直接影响粉碎质量。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种双网筛粉碎机，该双网筛粉碎机能够防止金属物结晶损坏筛网。
为了实现上述目的， 本实用新型采取的技术方案是：一种小型双网筛粉碎机由进料斗①、进料口②、叶片③、叶片固定盘④、机体外壳⑤、第二层网筛⑥、第一层网筛⑦组成，其特征为：叶片③用螺栓安装在叶片固定盘④上，在机体外壳⑤内装有在第二层网筛⑥和第一层网筛⑦，进料斗①、进料口②焊接在机体外壳⑤上。
所述的第二层网筛⑥和第一层网筛⑦两层钢网筛接分别错开安装。

下面结合图1对本实用新型作进一步说明：
叶片③用螺栓安装在叶片固定盘④上，在机体外壳⑤内装有在第二层网筛⑥和第一层网筛⑦，两层钢网筛接分别错开安装，进料斗①、进料口②焊接在机体外壳⑤上。第一层网筛⑦的孔径要大于第二层网筛⑥的孔径。起动电机后，物料自进料口上料②进去，通过叶片③的搅动和运转正常粉碎生产，粉碎好的物料通过第一层网筛⑦流入到第二层网筛⑥，再经出料口流出。如有金属物切断电源、停机，打开粉碎机取出，拧紧螺栓后启动电源既可再生产。

1.一种小型双网筛粉碎机由进料斗（1）、进料口（2）、叶片（3）、叶片固定盘（4）、机体外壳（5）、第二层网筛（6）、第一层网筛（7）组成，其特征为：叶片(3)用螺栓安装在叶片固定盘(4)上；在机体外壳(5)内装有在第二层网筛(6)和第一层网筛(7)；进料斗(1)、进料口(2)焊接在机体外壳(5)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型双网筛粉碎机，其特征为：所述的第二层网筛(6)和第一层网筛(7)两层钢网筛接分别错开安装。
