本实用新型涉及一种空调器冷凝器的安装支撑结构,属于空调器冷凝器的安装支撑结构的改进技术。
背景技术
传统的一排半或多排半的空调器冷凝器,其半排上端通常通过电机支架顶部的钣金件定位,下端通过底盘上的小凸台支撑,下端内排冷凝器往往不会贴紧外排冷凝器,从而使内外排冷凝器之间形成张角,在物流运输中可能会产生冷凝器翅片倒片或冷凝器变形的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述问题而提供一种在物流运输中避免冷凝器翅片产生倒片或变形的空调器冷凝器的安装支撑结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种空调器冷凝器的安装支撑结构,包括室外机底盘,其特征在于所述室外机底盘上固装有冷凝器支承座,冷凝器安装在冷凝器支承座上。
所述冷凝器支承座上开设有一个以上通孔。
所述冷凝器支承座的内侧设有挡板,挡板的端部设置成折边,折边与冷凝器一侧成α夹角,α=25°~30°。
本实用新型由于采用室外机底盘上固装有冷凝器支承座,冷凝器安装在冷凝器支承座上的结构,冷凝器支撑板对冷凝器内排边板起到支撑及保护作用,因此,在物流运输中能有效防止冷凝器翅片产生倒片或变形等问题。

如图1、2、3、3、4、5所示,本实用新型空调器冷凝器的安装支撑结构,包括室外机底盘2,其中所述室外机底盘2上固装有冷凝器支承座1,冷凝器安装在冷凝器支承座1上。本实施例中,所述冷凝器支承座2焊接在室外机底盘2上。
为使冷凝水顺利流入底盘中,所述冷凝器支承座1上开设有一个以上通孔4。
所述冷凝器支承座1的内侧设有挡板5,挡板5的端部设置成折边,折边与冷凝器一侧成α夹角,α=25°~30°,这样有利于冷凝器装配及防止冷凝器倒片。

1.一种空调器冷凝器的安装支撑结构,包括室外机底盘(2),其特征在于所述室外机底盘(2)上固装有冷凝器支承座(1),冷凝器安装在冷凝器支承座(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调器冷凝器的安装支撑结构,其特征在于所述冷凝器支承座(1)上开设有一个以上通孔(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空调器冷凝器的安装支撑结构,其特征在于所述冷凝器支承座(1)的内侧设有挡板(5),挡板(5)的端部设置成折边,折边与冷凝器一侧成α夹角,α=25°~30°。
