背景技术
目前,双梁小车运行装置最少采用四个车轮,众所周知“三点一面”可见第四点车轮很难调平;这就需要花很多时间,很大精力来调平车轮轨道,否则就会造成运行“三条腿”。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构简单、操作方便、自动调整车轮高低、实用的新型偏心轴自动调整装置。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:
一种偏心轴自动调整装置,其特征在于:包括固定架1、偏心轴2、车轮3,其中:所述的偏心轴2固定连接于固定架1上;所述的车轮3连接于偏心轴2的两端,且车轮3相对于固定架1可转动。
所述的偏心轴2由左偏心轴21、中偏心轴22、右偏心轴23组成;左偏心轴21和右偏心轴23分别设于中偏心轴22的两端;所述的左偏心轴21的轴心低于中偏心轴22的轴心;所述的右偏心轴23的轴心高于中偏心轴22的轴心;左偏心轴21的轴心离中偏心轴22的轴心的距离与右偏心轴23的轴心离中偏心轴22的轴心的距离相等。
本实用新型的优点在于:结构简单、操作方便、利用偏心轴的原理使得装置自动调整车轮高低,保证了所有车轮踏面与运行轨道接触。

如图1所示,一种偏心轴自动调整装置,其特征在于:包括固定架1、偏心轴2、车轮3,其中:所述的偏心轴2固定连接于固定架1上;所述的车轮3连接于偏心轴2的两端,且车轮3相对于固定架1可转动。
如图2所示,所述的偏心轴2由左偏心轴21、中偏心轴22、右偏心轴23组成;左偏心轴21和右偏心轴23分别设于中偏心轴22的两端;所述的左偏心轴21的轴心低于中偏心轴22的轴心;所述的右偏心轴23的轴心高于中偏心轴22的轴心;左偏心轴21的轴心离中偏心轴22的轴心的距离与右偏心轴23的轴心离中偏心轴22的轴心的距离相等。
本实用新型利用偏心轴的原理使得装置自动调整车轮3高低,保证了所有车轮3踏面与运行轨道接触。
