背景技术
随着能源短缺现象的出现,太阳能发电系统越来越引起人们的重视。为了提高太阳能电池板的光伏发电系统的转换效率,需要通过太阳能电池板支架支撑太阳光伏电池,以便提高光伏阵列吸收太阳辐射能量的能力。现有的地面或平面屋顶安装的太阳能电池板支架,多数采用多柱式太阳能支架,但是该种结构的支架结构复杂、制作成本高,安装也麻烦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决现有多柱式太阳能电池板支架结构复杂、成本高和安装麻烦的技术问题,提供一种结构简单安装快捷和成本低的全角铁地面、平面屋顶太阳能电池板安装支架。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出的一种全角铁地面、平面屋顶太阳能电池板安装支架,其包括由两横梁和两斜梁构成的支撑框、设于该支撑框下方前面两端的前支撑柱、设于该支撑框下方后面两端的后支撑柱,所述的后支撑柱高于前支撑柱,一根后斜拉梁倾斜连接于两根后支撑柱之间,后支撑柱的下端与同一侧的前支撑柱的顶端由一侧斜拉梁连接。
本实用新型适合用于地面、平面屋顶的安装,采用常用的型材—角铁来制作。其结构简单,安装快捷,成本低。牢固可靠、精度高,抵抗风力的能力强,抵抗风力雪荷载的能力强。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,本实用新型提供的全角铁地面、平面屋顶太阳能电池板安装支架,其包括由两平行的横梁3和两平行的斜梁4构成的支撑框,该支撑框用于安装电池板。该支撑框下方前面的两端设有前支撑柱2、该支撑框下方后面的两端设有后支撑柱1,而后支撑柱1高于前支撑柱2。一根后斜拉梁6倾斜连接于两根后支撑柱1之间,后支撑柱1的下端与同一侧的前支撑柱2的顶端由一侧斜拉梁5连接。
安装时,先用水泥做基础,并预埋螺栓。支架放在水泥基础上,用螺栓固定前、后支撑柱2、1,然后将斜梁4、侧斜拉梁5和后斜拉梁6、横梁3、电池板用螺丝锁好即可。
本实用新型采用常用的材料来制作,其结构简单,安装快捷,成本低。牢固可靠、精度高。抵抗风力的能力强,抵抗风力雪荷载的能力强。
