本实用新型涉及一种太阳能电池支架,尤其涉及一种结构简易、牢固,安装方便快捷的太阳能电池支架。 
背景技术
随着能源短缺现象的出现,太阳能发电系统越来越引起人们的重视。为了提高太阳能电池板的光伏发电系统的转换效率,需要通过太阳能电池板支架支撑太阳光伏电池,以便提高光伏阵列吸收太阳辐射能量的能力。现有的地面安装的太阳能电池板支架,多数采用多柱式太阳能支架,但是该种结构的支架结构复杂、制作成本高,安装也麻烦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决现有太阳能电池板支架结构复杂、成本高和安装麻烦的技术问题,提供一种结构简单、安装快捷和成本低的全角铁屋面太阳能电池板安装支架。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出的一种全角铁屋面太阳能电池板安装支架,其包括角铁横梁、沿该角铁横梁的轴线设置的多个螺栓孔、通过第一螺栓连接于所述角铁横梁下方的支撑角铁配件。
其中,所述的支撑角铁配件由一对单元角铁构件通过第二螺栓连接构成。
本实用新型适合用于斜面屋顶的安装,不需要专门订购材料,只需要采用常见的材料—角铁、螺栓来制作。其结构简单,安装快捷,成本低。牢固可靠,精度高、紧贴屋顶斜面使之抵抗风力的能力强,抵抗风力雪荷载的能力强。

具体实施方式
如图1~图5所示,本实用新型较佳实施例提供的一种全角铁屋面太阳能电池板安装支架,其包括角铁横梁1、沿该角铁横梁的轴线设置的多个螺栓孔4、通过第一螺栓3连接于所述角铁横梁1下方的至少两件支撑角铁配件2。本实施例中,支撑角铁配件2由一对单元角铁构件通过第二螺栓5连接构成。
根据需要,可以选择一根或多根本实用新型的支架,在斜平面的屋顶安装。首先通过第一螺栓3和第二螺栓5将电池板、角铁横梁1、支撑角铁配件2连接锁好,然后在斜平面屋顶打膨胀螺钉,其后通过膨胀螺钉将支撑角铁配件锁好,则完成支架的安装。安全可靠的安装,以最小的安装成本达到最大的使用效果, 
本实用新型采用常见的材料来制作,其结构简单,安装快捷,成本低。牢固可靠,精度高、紧贴屋顶斜面使之抵抗风力的能力强,抵抗风力雪荷载的能力强。

2.如权利要求1所述的全角铁屋面太阳能电池板安装支架,其特征在于,所述的支撑角铁配件(2)由一对单元角铁构件通过第二螺栓(5)连接构成。
