背景技术
随着能源短缺现象的出现,太阳能发电系统越来越引起人们的重视。为了提高太阳能电池板的光伏发电系统的转换效率,需要通过太阳能电池板支架支撑太阳光伏电池,以便提高光伏阵列吸收太阳辐射能量的能力。现有的地面安装的太阳能电池板支架,多数采用多柱式太阳能支架,但是该种结构的支架结构复杂、制作成本高,安装也麻烦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决现有多柱式太阳能电池板支架结构复杂、成本高和安装麻烦的技术问题,提供一种结构简单安装快捷和成本低的U型钢支撑屋面太阳能电池板安装支架。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出的一种U型钢支撑屋面太阳能电池板安装支架,其包括角铁横梁、沿该角铁横梁的轴线设置的多个螺栓孔、通过螺栓、连接于所述角铁横梁下方的U型支撑钢。
本实用新型适合用于斜面屋顶的安装,采用常见的材料—U型槽钢、角铁、螺丝等来制作。其结构简单,安装快捷,成本低。牢固可靠,精度高、紧贴屋顶斜面使之抵抗风力的能力强,抵抗风力雪荷载的能力强。

具体实施方式
如图1~图5所示,本实用新型较佳实施例提供的一种U型钢支撑屋面太阳能电池板安装支架,其包括角铁横梁1、沿该角铁横梁的轴线设置的多个螺栓孔4、通过螺栓3连接于所述角铁横梁1下方的至少两件U型支撑钢2。
根据需要,可以选择一根或多根本实用新型的支架,在斜平面的屋顶安装。首先通过螺栓3将电池板、角铁横梁1、U型支撑钢2连接锁好,然后在斜平面屋顶打膨胀螺钉,其后通过膨胀螺钉将U型支撑钢锁好,则完成支架的安装。安全可靠的安装,以最小的安装成本达到最大的使用效果, 
本实用新型采用常见的材料来制作,其结构简单,安装快捷,成本低。牢固可靠,精度高、紧贴屋顶斜面使之抵抗风力的能力强,抵抗风力雪荷载的能力强。
