背景技术
太阳能发电的大规模应用,已经近在眼前。通过降低太阳能电站的建造成本与提高建造速度。可以为推进这种绿色能源加快速度。太阳能电池安装支架的成本与安装方便程度在整个电站建设中占有重要比例。目前已有的安装支架结构多为角钢焊接,比较复杂且造价高,不适于经济合理的要求。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、造价低的能适用于太阳能电站电池组件安装固定用的太阳能电池组件支架。
本实用新型提供的这种太阳能电池组件支架,包括立柱和用于安装太阳能电池组件的横梁,所述立柱的上端有用于安装横梁的倾斜面,该倾斜面使太阳能电池组件倾斜地安装在横梁上。
所述立柱有两个,横梁与立柱之间采用螺栓连接,横梁通过螺栓与太阳能电池组件上的压条连接。

具体实施方式
从图1和图2可以看出,本实用新型的这种太阳能电池组件支架,包括立柱1和横梁3,其中立柱有两个,通过螺栓连接固定在混凝土基础4(可现浇,也可是预制件)上,立柱2的上端焊接有倾斜面11,由于横梁3安装在倾斜面11上,太阳能电池组件2安装在横梁3上,使横梁3与太阳能电池组件2也产生跟倾斜面一样的斜角,这样能够保证阳光的合理接收。横梁3与立柱1之间用螺栓连接,横梁3通过螺栓与太阳能电池组件上的压条21连接,太阳能电池组件2上的电缆可以放入横梁3的槽内保护。本实用新型的安装现场无需焊接工艺,所有连接部分均为螺栓连接,安装速度快,不需现场防腐处理,并且使用寿命长。

1.一种太阳能电池组件支架,其特征在于该支架包括立柱(1)和用于安装太阳能电池组件(2)的横梁(3),所述立柱(1)的上端有用于安装横梁(3)的倾斜面(11),该倾斜面使太阳能电池组件倾斜地安装在横梁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件支架,其特征在于所述立柱(1)有两个,横梁(3)与立柱(1)之间采用螺栓连接,横梁通过螺栓与太阳能电池组件(2)上的压条(21)连接。
