背景技术
随着能源短缺现象的出现,太阳能发电系统越来越引起人们的重视。为了提高太阳能电池板的光伏发电系统的转换效率,需要通过太阳能电池板支架支撑太阳光伏电池,以便提高光伏阵列吸收太阳辐射能量的能力。现有的地面安装的太阳能电池板支架,多数采用多柱式太阳能支架,但是该种结构的支架结构复杂、制作成本高,安装也麻烦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决现有多柱式太阳能电池板支架结构复杂、成本高和安装麻烦的技术问题,提供一种结构简单安装快捷和成本低的地面双柱立式固定倾角太阳能接收板安装支架。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出的一种地面双柱立式固定倾角太阳能接收板安装支架,其包括两根竖立的支撑柱、两支撑柱之间的交叉连接有两根角铁拉梁,有C型铝材斜梁其一端连接于所述支撑柱的顶端、而其另一端倾斜向下并通过一支撑连接件置于地面,两根C型铝材斜梁呈平行状。
本实用新型采用地面双柱立式支架,适合小型的太阳能电池板支架的安装规模。该支架材质不需要专门订购,采用常见的材料—C型铝材斜梁、角铁等来制作。其结构简单,安装快捷,成本低。牢固可靠,精度高,抵抗风力雪荷载的能力强,特别适合用于地面的安装。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,本实用新型体提供的一种地面双柱立式固定倾角太阳能接收板安装支架,其包括两根平行竖立的支撑柱2、两支撑柱2之间交叉连接有两根角铁拉梁5。每一支撑柱2顶端连接一根C型铝材斜梁1, C型铝材斜梁1的一端连接于支撑柱2的顶端、而其另一端倾斜向下并通过一支撑连接件3置于地面,两根C型铝材斜梁1大体上呈平行状。沿C型铝材斜梁1的轴线还设有多个压扣4。
安装时,先用水泥做好安装的基础,水泥基础中预埋螺栓,支架放在水泥基础上,用螺栓固定支撑柱2、支撑连接件3,然后将其与C型铝材斜梁1用螺丝锁好即可,电池板靠压扣4锁好压紧,交叉的两根角铁拉梁5用于加固作用,这样便可完成安装,安全可靠的,以最小的安装成本达到最大的使用效果。
