本实用新型公开了一种太阳能板支架架脚的可调结构,包括支脚,所述支脚上部设有用于安装支腿的安装槽,所述安装槽侧壁上设有上下延伸的长孔,一螺栓穿过所述长孔和支腿将支脚与支腿固定。所述螺栓与安装槽间设有防滑垫片。所述防滑垫片及安装槽的接触面上设有相互配合的波纹结构。本实用新型在安装槽侧壁上设有上下延伸的长孔,一螺栓穿过所述长孔和支腿将支脚与支腿固定,通过螺栓在长孔内的上下调整实现了整个支架的高度调节,由于述螺栓与安装槽间设有防滑垫片,而且防滑垫片及安装槽的接触面上设有相互配合的波纹结构,因而螺栓上下调节紧固后其上下位置不会出现位移。

太阳能板支架用于支撑太阳能光伏板,公开号为201263131的中国实用新型专利于2009年6月24日公开了一种支撑平板式太阳能电池的太阳能电池支架,其广泛应用于电站、屋顶太阳能发电系统的架设,其中基梁架在立柱上,由立柱、基梁、支撑梁、调节梁组成三角支脚,平板式太阳能电池放置于横梁,至少有两个横梁架在两组三角支脚之间,基梁、支撑梁、调节梁相互活动连接,基梁、支撑梁、调节梁梁臂端面上均有排列有序的插孔,梁臂侧面均有排列有序的固定孔。这种太阳能板支架底部一旦固定,整个支架的高度就难以调节,给使用带来了很多不便。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种太阳能板支架架脚,实现支架高度的的可调。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:太阳能板支架架脚的可调结构,其特征在于:包括支脚,所述支脚上部设有用于安装支腿的安装槽,所述安装槽侧壁上设有上下延伸的长孔,一螺栓穿过所述长孔和支腿将支脚与支腿固定。
作为优选,所述支脚下部设有平板状的固定翼,所述固定翼上设有供螺栓穿过的固定孔。实现了整个支架在地面前后位置的调节。
作为优选,所述固定孔为长孔结构。
作为优选,所述螺栓与安装槽间设有防滑垫片。
作为优选,所述防滑垫片及安装槽的接触面上设有相互配合的波纹结构。

如图1和图2所示,为本实用新型太阳能板支架架脚的可调结构的实施例,包括支脚7,所述支脚上部设有用于安装支腿1的安装槽75,所述安装槽侧壁上设有上下延伸的长孔71,一螺栓穿过所述长孔和支腿将支脚与支腿固定。所述支脚下部设有平板状的固定翼76,所述固定翼上设有供螺栓穿过的固定孔73。所述固定孔也为长孔结构。所述螺栓与安装槽间设有防滑垫片72。所述防滑垫片及安装槽的接触面上设有相互配合的波纹结构74。所述安装槽为U形槽。

1.太阳能板支架架脚的可调结构,其特征在于:包括支脚(7),所述支脚上部设有用于安装支腿(1)的安装槽(75),所述安装槽侧壁上设有上下延伸的长孔(71),一螺栓穿过所述长孔和支腿将支脚与支腿固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能板支架架脚的可调结构,其特征在于:所述支脚(1)下部设有平板状的固定翼(76),所述固定翼上设有供螺栓穿过的固定孔(73)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能板支架架脚的可调结构,其特征在于:所述固定孔(73)为长孔结构。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的太阳能板支架架脚的可调结构,其特征在于:所述螺栓与安装槽(75)间设有防滑垫片(72)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的太阳能板支架架脚的可调结构,其特征在于:所述防滑垫片(72)及安装槽(75)的接触面上设有相互配合的波纹结构(74)。
