一种防泄漏高温旋转接头，包括固定外壳和旋转芯管，旋转芯管的内端进口设置在固定外壳内，固定外壳内设有与旋转芯管的内端进口相通的进油腔，固定外壳的壳壁上设有与进油腔相通的高温介质进液口，旋转芯管的内端与固定外壳之间设有两道密封装置，在两道密封装置之间的固定外壳上设有一圈泄漏检测槽，在固定外壳的下部设有与泄漏检测槽相通的检测室。当第一道密封因磨损发行泄漏，泄漏液体先流入检测室，发出报警信号，切断进液阀门，等待检修。从而起到有效的保护作用。

现有技术中的高温旋转接头，一般在导热油加热的设备上使用，由于处在高温的使用环境中，所以密封圈极易磨损、老化，如果导热油发生泄漏，可能会引发重大安全事故。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足，提出了一种使用安全的防泄漏高温旋转接头。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的，一种防泄漏高温旋转接头，包括固定外壳和旋转芯管，旋转芯管的内端进口设置在固定外壳内，其特点是：固定外壳内设有与旋转芯管的内端进口相通的进油腔，固定外壳的壳壁上设有与进油腔相通的高温介质进液口，旋转芯管的内端与固定外壳之间设有两道密封装置，在两道密封装置之间的固定外壳上设有一圈泄漏检测槽，在固定外壳的下部设有与泄漏检测槽相通的检测室。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，在两道密封之间设置检测机构，当第一道密封因磨损发行泄漏，泄漏液体先流入检测室，发出报警信号，切断进液阀门，等待检修。从而起到有效的保护作用。

一种防泄漏高温旋转接头，包括固定外壳2和旋转芯管1，旋转芯管1的内端进口设置在固定外壳2内，固定外壳2内设有与旋转芯管1的内端进口相通的进油腔5，固定外壳2的壳壁上设有与进油腔相通的高温介质进液口6，旋转芯管1的内端与固定外壳2之间设有两道密封装置3、4，在两道密封装置之间的固定外壳上设有一圈泄漏检测槽7，在固定外壳2的下部设有与泄漏检测槽7相通的检测室8。
当靠近旋转芯管1的内端进口的第一道密封4因磨损发行泄漏，泄漏液体先流入检测室8，由设在检测室8内的静电容传感器检测，发出信号至控制系统，报警并切断进液阀门，等待检修。

1.一种防泄漏高温旋转接头，包括固定外壳和旋转芯管，旋转芯管的内端进口设置在固定外壳内，其特征在于：固定外壳内设有与旋转芯管的内端进口相通的进油腔，固定外壳的壳壁上设有与进油腔相通的高温介质进液口，旋转芯管的内端与固定外壳之间设有两道密封装置，在两道密封装置之间的固定外壳上设有一圈泄漏检测槽，在固定外壳的下部设有与泄漏检测槽相通的检测室。
