本实用新型涉一种密封圈,尤其是一种用于离合器分离轴承防尘密封圈。 
背景技术
离合器分离轴承单元是汽车离合器系统的重要部件。通过分离轴承的轴向移动实施离合器的离合,从而切断或接通发动机与传动系统间的动力联系,完成汽车的起步、停止、换档等操作。所以对于分离轴承单元的要求十分严格,若轴承损坏,不符合要求,很可能导致汽车的离合工作失灵。离合器分离轴承单元工况相当恶劣,常处于高温,平均温度120℃,无冷却条件。同时还处于高粉尘环境,因摩擦片磨损产生较多的粉尘,加之分离时轴承高速运转,而且受轴向、冲击以及高速旋转的径向离心力、扭转力矩影响。传统的离合器分离轴承密封圈采用单唇边结构,离合器分离轴承内圈旋转时,钢球在内圈、外圈滚道内转动,带动轴承油脂蠕动,油脂会朝孔隙地方流动,轴承外面灰尘、内部油脂仅靠密封圈隔开,在轴承内圈存在摆动时,由于结构设计存在缺陷,灰尘就容易进入油脂内部,油脂含有灰尘杂质,轴承提前失效。因此研制一种有效适应恶劣工况环境,防止灰尘进入轴承内腔的新型离合器分离轴承防尘密封圈是十分必要的。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种离合器分离轴承防尘密封圈。本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案来实现:本实用新型包括密封圈体和唇边,其特征在于唇边为八字形内外双唇边,且内唇边缘为倒拐形。 
本实用新型采用双唇结构,安装后内唇边紧贴轴承内圈外圆上,加之倒拐结构,密封性能好,油脂不易流出,本实用新型双唇密封圈外唇边周围尽管有大量粉尘,由于该唇边紧贴轴承内圈外圆,阻止灰尘进入轴承。与现有技术相比,密封性能更好,使用寿命长,可大大延长离合器分离轴承使用寿命。从上述情况可知,本实用新型的目的是可以实现的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括密封圈体(3)和唇边,其特征在于唇边为八字形内、外双唇边(7、8),且内唇边(7)边缘为倒拐形。本实用新型安装于离合器分离轴承部位:双唇密封圈体(3)外径接触轴承外圈(1)上,双唇密封圈体内径接触轴承内圈(2)上,双唇密封圈体外唇边处于有粉尘(6)的环境,密封圈体内唇边储存轴承油脂(5),油脂用于轴承内圈、外圈、钢球(4)润滑。
