背景技术
目前，定量给料机被广泛运用在各行业生产线中，例如在水泥生产环节中，工业废弃物脱硫石膏完全能起到代替天然石膏，而不会影响其性能的作用，具有非常良好的社会效益和经济效益。但在使用中，因脱硫石膏含水率在10％以上，存在严重的下料困难现象。由于设备24小时运转，经常存在捅料不及时而造成下料不稳，影响了水泥质量，同时也加大了工人劳动强度。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对目前目前，在水泥生产环节中，工业废弃物脱硫石膏完全能起到代替天然石膏，而不会影响其性能的作用，具有非常良好的社会效益和经济效益。但在使用中，因脱硫石膏含水率在10％以上，存在严重的下料困难现象，由于设备24小时运转，经常存在捅料不及时而造成下料不稳，影响了水泥质量，同时也加大了工人劳动强度之不足，而提供一种脱硫石膏自动震打装置。 
本实用新型包括定量给料机，它还有自动震打装置，自动震打装置由A固定支架、活动金属连杆、B固 定支架、接近开关、磁力启动器、延时继电器和震动泵组成，A固定支架安装在定量给料机下料仓的仓壁上，活动金属连杆活动安装在A固定支架上，B固定支架安装在定量给料机下料仓的仓壁上，接近开关安装在B固定支架上，震动泵安装在定量给料机的下料仓上，接近开关与磁力启动器、延时继电器联接，磁力启动器的输出端通过延时继电器与震动泵的震打电机电联接。 
本实用新型的优点是：它能在断料及时检测到，并间歇性驱动震动泵，以达到正常下料、无需人工干预，降低工人劳动强度的同时保证水泥的质量。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括定量给料机，它还有自动震打装置，自动震打装置由A固定支架1、活动金属连杆2、B固定支架3、接近开关4、磁力启动器5、延时继电器6和震动泵7组成，A固定支架1安装在定量给料机下料仓8的仓壁上，活动金属连杆2安装在A固定支架1上，B固定支架3安装在定量给料机下料仓8的仓壁上，接近开关4安装在B固定支架3上，震动泵7安装在定量给料机的下料仓8上，接近开关4与磁力启动器5、延时继电器6联接，磁力启动器5的输出端与震动泵7的震打电机电联接。 
工作方式：如图1所示，在定量给料机开启的状态 下，当皮带上有物料9时，物料将活动金属连杆2推至接近开关4的位置，被接近开关4感应到(为改变灵敏度或适应不同的物料，接近开关4的位置在支架上可调整)，其常闭点断开，系统不工作。 
当皮带上没有物料时，活动金属连杆2在自身重力的作用下，自然下垂，与接近开关4距离较远，不能被感应到，接近开关4的常闭点使磁力启动器5得电，震动泵7开始工作，同时延时继电器6也得电。在一段时间内，如果有物料下来，震动泵7立即被停止。如果还没有物料下来，延时继电器的常闭点延时断开，使得震动泵7停止工作。由于没有物料，经过几秒钟后，系统又会重复工作，直至下料正常。

1.带有自动震打装置的定量给料机，它包括定量给料机，其特征在于它还有自动震打装置，自动震打装置由A固定支架(1)、活动金属连杆(2)、B固定支架(3)、接近开关(4)、磁力启动器(5)、延时继电器(6)和震动泵(7)组成，A固定支架(1)安装在定量给料机下料仓(8)的仓壁上，活动金属连杆(2)活动安装在A固定支架(1)上，B固定支架(3)安装在定量给料机下料仓(8)的仓壁上，接近开关(4)安装在B固定支架(3)上，震动泵(7)安装在定量给料机的下料仓(8)上，接近开关(4)与磁力启动器(5)、延时继电器(6)联接，磁力启动器(5)的输出端与震动泵(7)的震打电机电联接。
