背景技术
目前市场上的仿皮合成革多为三层，层间粘合采用发泡粘结剂，发泡粘结层厚度大，在粘结的同时既增加了产品的的厚度，又提高了产品的弹性，但是粘结剂在使用的时候需要的量很大，会对环境造成影响，不仅成本高，对环境也不利。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种牛皮合成革，目的是解决现有技术问题，提供一种不具有发泡粘结层，使用粘结剂数量很少的牛皮合成革，可以减少对环境的污染。
本实用新型解决问题采用的技术方案是：
一种牛皮合成革，具有表面层，表面层粘结在麂皮绒上，麂皮绒与牛皮布粘结，其特征在于：麂皮绒的下表面与牛皮布的上表面均具有数个粘结点，并通过粘结点粘结在一起。
所述粘结点为菱形。
所述牛皮层的下表面为起毛层。
本实用新型的有益效果：麂皮绒的下表面与牛皮布的上表面通过粘结点粘结可以大量减少粘结剂的使用量，这样双层胶点复合的点状粘结结构具有很强的抗剥离性，粘结牢固的同时具有很好的手感，牛皮布的下表面经过拉毛形成的起毛层增加了弹性，具有丰富的“肉感”。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示的一种牛皮合成革，有表面层1，表面层1的上表面有花纹(图未示)，表面层1的材质为PU树脂，PU树脂用离型纸转移方法直接粘结在麂皮绒2上，麂皮绒2与牛皮布3粘结，麂皮绒2的下表面具有数个粘结点21、牛皮布3的上表面具有数个粘结点31，粘结点21、31都是菱形形状的粘结剂材料。
所述粘结点21、31为粘结剂通过胶点转移方式点状涂布在麂皮绒2的下表面与牛皮布3的上表面，其中每一个胶点经过加压、加热形成粘结点。布满粘结点21的麂皮绒2的下表面与布满粘结点31的牛皮布3的上表面重叠，粘结点21、31经过加压、加热、复合形成粘结层24从而将麂皮绒2和牛皮布3粘结在一起。粘结点21、31可以为菱形，也可以是圆形、椭圆形等等形状。
这样双层胶点复合的点状粘结结构具有很强的抗剥离性，粘结牢固的同时具有很好的手感。
如图2所示的牛皮布3其材质为牛皮纤维，牛皮布3的下表面在复合加压加热前经过拉毛处理形成起毛层5。起毛层5增加了弹性，具有丰富的“肉感”。

1.一种牛皮合成革，具有表面层，表面层粘结在麂皮绒上，麂皮绒与牛皮布粘结，其特征在于：麂皮绒的下表面与牛皮布的上表面均具有数个粘结点，并通过粘结点粘结在一起。

3.如权利要求1所述一种牛皮合成革，其特征在于：牛皮层的下表面为起毛层。
