本实用新型公开了一种装饰用纺织面料仿皮复合布，其表层(1)上有皮纹(2)，其下依次复合有第一针织布层(3)和第二针织布层(6)，其中第二针织布层(6)上表面有连成一体的拉毛层(5)，拉毛层(5)与第一针织布层(3)之间分布有一批斑点状粘结点(4)，将拉毛层(5)与第一针织布层(3)粘结复合。本实用新型不采用发泡粘结层，并具有较好的弹性。

本实用新型涉及一种纺织面料，尤其是装饰用仿皮复合布。
技术背景
现在市场上的仿皮复合布多为有两层纺织品的复合布，层间粘合采用发泡粘结剂，发泡粘结层厚度大，在粘结的同时，既增加了产品的厚度，又提高了产品的弹性。但使用粘结剂多，不仅增加成本，也对环境不利。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种没有发泡粘结层，又有较好弹性的仿皮复合布。
为此，本实用新型提出的技术解决方案是，一种仿皮复合布，包括表面有皮纹的表面层，其下依次复合有第一针织布层和第二针织布层，其中第二针织布层上表面还有一个连成一体的拉毛层，拉毛层与第一针织布层之间分布有一批斑点状粘结点，将拉毛层与第一针织布层粘结复合。
由上可见，本实用新型的层间粘合没有采用发泡粘结层，斑点状粘结点是一小块极薄的膜，所用的粘结剂数量很少，与发泡粘结层相比微不足道。此外，第二针织布层上表面还有一个连成一体的拉毛层，既增加了本实用新型的厚度，又提高了本实用新型的弹性。

具体实施方式
实施例如图1、图2所示。表面层1的材质为PU树脂，由常规方法直接粘结在第一针织布层3上，表面层1的表面有皮纹2。第一针织布层3的材质为针织经编布，以提高本实用新型的抗拉强度。本实用新型的底层为第二针织布层6，其材质为针织纬编布。第二针织布层6的上表面复合前已经过拉毛形成了连成一体的拉毛层5。粘结剂通边滚涂方式点状涂布在第一针织布层3上，其中每一个斑点都是极薄的一小块粘结膜，经加压、加热成为斑点状粘结点4，将第一针织布层3与拉毛层5粘结复合。

1、一种仿皮复合布，包括表面有皮纹(2)的表面层(1)，其下依次复合有第一针织布层(3)和第二针织布层(6)，其特征是：所述第二针织布层(6)上表面还有一个与第二针织布层(6)连成一体的拉毛层(5)，拉毛层(5)与第一针织布层(3)之间分布有一批斑点状粘结点(4)，将拉毛层(5)与第一针织布层(3)粘结复合。
