本实用新型提供了一种铝基热轧复铜铜铝过渡板,包括铝基板,其特征在于:所述铝基板表面热轧铜层。本实用新型的铝基热轧复铜铜铝过渡板由铝基热轧复铜而成。其基板为铝材质,其特点如下:消耗的铜材少于摩擦焊及闪光焊;焊接界面结合强度高,铜铝不分层。导电性能优良可获得最佳的导电性能,优于钎焊;生产均在室内进行,生产率高,优于爆炸焊。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力金具中常用到的铜铝过渡板。 
背景技术
市场上使用的铜铝过渡板,以摩擦焊、闪光焊、钎焊、爆炸焊为主。 
摩擦焊、闪光焊过渡板:过渡板以一半铜及一半铝焊接而成。达到铜铝过渡的目的。其缺点:铜消耗过大,是覆铜片焊接几倍的消耗量。 
钎焊铜铝过渡板:铜铝过渡板以铝基为主,利用钎焊将铜皮焊接,达到铜铝过渡目的。其缺点:钎焊接头的耐热能力比较差、受温度影响大、接头强度比较低、钎焊时表面清理及焊件装配质量的要求比较高。 
爆炸焊铜铝过渡板:过渡板以铝基为主,用爆炸焊将铜板焊接,达到铜铝过渡目的。其缺点:退火难,生产成品率低。材料来源难,大多在野外露天作业,机械化强度低,劳动条件差,亦受气候条件限制,爆炸时生产噪声和气浪对环境有影响。 
实用新型内容
为了克服上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种铝基热轧复铜铜铝过渡板。 
具体方案如下: 
一种铝基热轧复铜铜铝过渡板,包括铝基板,其特征在于:所述铝基板表面热轧铜层。 
优选的,所述铝基板单面热轧铜层。 
优选的,所述铝基板双面热轧铜层。 
有益效果: 
本实用新型的铝基热轧复铜铜铝过渡板由铝基热轧复铜而成。其基板为铝材质,其特点如下:消耗的铜材少于摩擦焊及闪光焊;焊接界面结合强度高,铜铝不分层。导电性能优良可获得最佳的导电性能,电阻率<0.019,导电率是纯铜的95%以上,优于钎焊;生产均在室内进行,生产率高且在400℃二十小时不分离优于爆炸焊。 
1、界面结合强度高,采用铝基热轧复铜,形成一定厚度结合层,因而比固相结合方式界面结合强度高。确保进行剪切、冲孔、弯曲时铜、铝不分层,能经受较大范围热胀冷缩时产生的应力。 
2、界面不会产生电化腐蚀,在整个加工过程中无氧、无污染、完全洁净,因此界面不会产生电化腐蚀。 
3、优良的导电性能,经计算机模拟分析和测试验证,由于趋肤效应的影响,电阻率经实测比铜、铝并联计算出的要高。铜的体积比在20%时,可获得最佳的导电性能,电阻率<0.019,导电率是纯铜的95%以上,是代替纯铜导体的最佳选择。 
4、优良的导热性能,铜铝复合板带材,加工成不同厚度的板带材,由于无氧冶金复合,无传热接触热阻,具有铜、铝金属良好传热性能,可在铜、铝金属使用范围内承受高温条件。 
5、优良的安装性能,其弯曲性能比同等规格的铜导体好,由于界面结合强度高,钻孔、弯曲、拉伸时铜铝都不会分层。 
6、成本低,以导电铜排为准,同等截面积,同等长度,其价格不到铜排的一半。

一种铝基热轧复铜铜铝过渡板,包括铝基板1,所述铝基板1表面热轧铜层2,在铝达到冶炼温度时与铜复合热轧。
