本实用新型涉及蒸馏釜，具体涉及一种化工生产中使用的蒸馏釜。蒸馏釜，包括釜体和加热器，所述加热器设于釜体下部，所述釜体顶部设有蒸汽出口，下部底有液体出口，其特征在于：所述蒸汽出口内壁设有若干斜板。本实用新型蒸汽出口内壁设有斜板，增大了冷却面积，使得加热后混杂在先被蒸馏为蒸汽的低沸点的物质中的少量高沸点物质在上升过程中受到斜板减速或阻隔，又会冷却为液体回流到釜内，从而达到更好的分离效果。

本实用新型涉及蒸馏釜，具体涉及一种化工生产中使用的蒸馏釜。
背景技术
化工生产中通常用到提纯装置，蒸馏釜是常用的一种，是利用液体具有不同的沸点，将液体加热成蒸汽后收集来达到分离提纯的目的，因此要求蒸馏釜具有良好的加热和冷却效果。现有的蒸馏釜大都存在冷却效果不好，影响了分离提纯的效果。
实用新型内容
为克服上述缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、分离效果良好的蒸馏釜。
本实用新型的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实的：
蒸馏釜，包括釜体和加热器，所述加热器设于釜体下部，所述釜体顶部设有蒸汽出口，底部设有液体出口，其特征在于：所述蒸汽出口内壁设有若干斜板。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：由于蒸汽出口内壁设有斜板，增大了冷却面积，使得加热后混杂在先被蒸馏为蒸汽的低沸点的物质中的少量高沸点物质在上升过程中受到斜板减速或阻隔，又会冷却为液体回流到釜内，从而达到更好的分离效果。
