一种皂角回收设备,它包括皂角提油罐,在皂角提油罐的底部设置直接汽进口,在所述的皂角提油罐的内部设置换热盘管,换热盘管的前端设置间接汽进口,换热盘管的末端设置间接汽排口。采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,在原有的提油罐内部设置换热盘管,这样可采用从提油罐底部用直接汽加热和间接汽加热两种办法,使得皂角升温快,能达到回收油的温度。使用该设备后,皂角含量降到18%以下,精炼率提高到91%以上。

本实用新型涉及一种皂角回收设备。
背景技术
在以玉米为原料进行的淀粉及淀粉制品生产中,需要再油厂精炼车间对皂角进行回收,它属于半连续生产。在该过程中,碱炼锅碱炼沉降后排出的皂角含油量一直徘徊在35%左右,精炼率在89-90%之间。本单位所建的皂角提油罐位于精炼车间外部,温度低,皂角量大,但是由于温度一直提不上去,使得提油效果差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、皂角回收后含油量低的回收设备。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
本实用新型包括皂角提油罐,在皂角提油罐的底部设置直接汽进口,在所述的皂角提油罐的内部设置换热盘管,换热盘管的前端设置间接汽进口,换热盘管的末端设置间接汽排口。
所述的间接汽进口设置在皂角提油罐的上部;所述的间接汽排口设置在皂角提油罐的下部。
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,在原有的提油罐内部设置换热盘管,这样可采用从提油罐底部用直接汽加热和间接汽加热两种办法,使得皂角升温快,能达到回收油的温度。使用该设备后,皂角含量降到18%以下,精炼率提高到91%以上。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括皂角提油罐1,在皂角提油罐1的底部设置直接汽进口2。为使皂角升温快,在皂角提油罐1的内部设置换热盘管3,换热盘管3的前端设置间接汽进口4,换热盘管3的末端设置间接汽排口5。
为方便进汽,间接汽进口4设置在皂角提油罐1的上部;间接汽排口5设置在皂角提油罐1的下部。

1.一种皂角回收设备,它包括皂角提油罐(1),在皂角提油罐(1)的底部设置直接汽进口(2),其特征在于:在所述的皂角提油罐(1)的内部设置换热盘管(3),换热盘管(3)的前端设置间接汽进口(4),换热盘管(3)的末端设置间接汽排口(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皂角回收设备,其特征在于:所述的间接汽进口(4)设置在皂角提油罐(1)的上部;所述的间接汽排口(5)设置在皂角提油罐(1)的下部。
