背景技术
软性线路板就是以挠性之基材制成这印刷电路板,具有体积小、重量轻、可做3D立体组装及动态挠曲等优点,软性电池线路板厚金需要电镀金,但因为金的成本较高,所以只用于金手指,局部镀金。现有的软性线路板的金手指容易被氧化,而且硬度不高。
