背景技术
按常规结构,冰箱内胆是在其外边框处配合设置侧板、中梁或底梁。已有技术中,冰箱内胆的外边框表面均为平表面,整个内胆外边框极易变形。为了避免由于变形所带来缝隙,需要在侧板、中梁以及底梁与冰箱内胆的外边框之间增加箱胆垫条,这不仅带来材料的耗费,也增加了装配的复杂程度,影响装配效率。

本实用新型是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种冰箱内胆外边框表面防变形结构,以减少材料的耗费,提高装配效率。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2,本实施例中冰箱内胆外边框表面防变形结构是在内胆1的内胆外边框2的表面分布有作为加强结构的内胆凹槽3,内胆凹槽3在内胆外边框2的表面均匀分布。
内胆凹槽3的形成是通过在吸塑模具上设置一铜嵌条,铜嵌条上每100-300mm处设置一凸台块,凸台块的尺寸可以设置为5mm×5mm、10mm×10mm或5mm×10mm,这一凸台块的尺寸即为对应的内胆凹槽的尺寸。
吸塑板材厚度低于4mm以下,配合程度大于500mm以上时不增加内胆凹槽约束,容易出现胆边下塌、变形且不容易控制。
