一种应用于浮动钳盘式制动钳的整体式防尘罩，其特征是支撑孔为通孔结构，整体式防尘罩镶嵌在支撑孔中，在防尘罩里面涂满黄油，导套和防尘罩之间为密封空间，密封性能提高，导套在防尘罩里面滑动，减少了导套外圆表面的磨损，使导套的使用寿命及钳体的性能也得到提高，并且该设计结构简单，性能稳定，节约生产成本，提高生产效率。

技术领域 本实用新型涉及汽车零部件技术领域，特别涉及浮动钳盘式制动钳的防尘罩。
背景技术 现有浮动钳盘式制动钳采用的防尘结构，如附图1所示：在支撑孔(1)中间加一个衬套(2)，两边各装一个防尘罩(3)，导套(4)就在衬套(2)和防尘罩(3)包围的空间中反复滑动。由于衬套(2)非常窄，在使用中衬套(2)和导套(4)之间产生剧烈的滑动摩擦，随着时间的推移，与衬套(2)接触的导套(4)的外圆表面就会产生严重磨损，滑动性能随之大大降低，直至最后完全抱死，防尘罩(3)里面也填满碎屑污物，这样，钳体便会完全报废。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种应用于浮动钳盘式制动钳的整体式防尘罩，解决浮动钳盘式制动钳支撑导向结构的磨损及防尘，优化结构性能，提高导套的使用寿命及钳体的性能。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：一种应用于浮动钳盘式制动钳的整体式防尘罩，其特征是支撑孔为通孔结构，整体式防尘罩镶嵌在支撑孔中。
上述技术方案中所述的防尘罩里面涂满黄油，导套和防尘罩之间为密封空间。
这种整体式防尘罩的优点有：1、提高导套的使用寿命及钳体的性能；2、结构简单，性能稳定；3、减少了生产和装配工装，节约了生产成本，提高了生产效率。
附图说明 图1是现有浮动钳盘式制动钳防尘罩的结构示意图。
图2是本实用新型的结构示意图。
在本实施例中，把现有浮动钳盘式制动钳防尘罩支撑孔中的衬套结构去掉，变成通孔结构。原先左右各一个防尘罩结构，改为整体式结构，材料采用丁腈橡胶，镶嵌在支撑孔中，使导套在防尘罩里面滑动，防尘罩里面涂满黄油，这样，就大大减少了导套外圆表面的磨损，密封性能也提高。
试验表明，这种整体式防尘罩，简化了支撑结构，减少了加工工序和装配工序，从而减少了生产和装配工装，节约了生产成本，提高了生产效率。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于浮动钳盘式制动钳的整体式防尘罩，其特征是防尘罩里面涂满黄油，导套和防尘罩之间为密封空间。
