本实用新型公开了一种筛选器,包括电磁控制箱和支架,支架上侧设置有螺柱放置料斗,该放置料斗的底部密封安装有U型槽落料器,螺柱放置料斗上侧活动安装有顶部挡板,且螺柱放置料斗通过进气管与压缩空气连通,进气管上设置压缩空气调节阀;所述U型槽落料器的一侧或两侧竖向安装有带内腔的料板。本实用新型单个机构和动作就能实现筛选功能,投入小,能耗小,效益成本比高;利用电磁阀控制的压缩空气为动力,实现作业的全自动化,省时、省力、操作极为方便;结构创新发明,操作方便,作业周转过程灵活,能回圈利用,节约制作成本;制作模组化,一机能筛选不同规格的螺柱。

技术领域
本实用新型是涉及机械加工领域中的筛选工具,特别涉及一种筛选器。 
背景技术
螺柱焊接生产过程中因螺柱装反而导致的制程不良成为螺柱焊接制程良率提升的一个瓶颈。 
在原有生产模式中,螺柱随意散落在小件盒中,作业员靠目视分辨出螺柱正反,由于螺柱体积小,台阶突出不明显,不易分辨正反,人员眼睛疲劳等问题,导致螺柱经常装反,影响生产效率。 
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种结构简单,容易操作,效率高效果好的筛选器。 
技术方案:一种筛选器,包括控制箱电磁阀和支架,其特征是:支架固定在电磁控制箱上侧,支架上侧设置有螺柱放置料斗,该放置料斗的底部密封安装有U 型槽落料器,该U 型槽落料器包括两侧壁,其中一侧壁的内表面下部均布有限位条,限位条与两侧壁围成能够使螺柱沿同一方向落下的下料口;螺柱放置料斗上侧活动安装有顶部挡板,且螺柱放置料斗通过进气管与压缩空气连通,进气管上设置压缩空气调节阀;所述U 型槽落料器的一侧或两侧竖向安装有带内腔的料板。 
限位条的内表面到另一侧壁内表面之间的设定宽度与螺柱帽高度H相等,限位条之间的设定宽度与螺柱体直径宽度d相等,限位条的设定厚度与螺柱体高度h相等。 
料板的两侧壁宽度为螺柱帽高度H和螺柱体高度h之和,并且料板的上侧设置有与U 型槽落料器对接口。 
料板上端与U 型槽落料器两侧为卡接连通结构。 
本实用新型的有益效果: 
1.单个机构和动作就能实现筛选功能,投入小,能耗小,效益成本比高;
2.利用电磁阀控制的压缩空气为动力,实现作业的全自动化,省时、省力、操作极为方便; 
3.结构创新发明,操作方便,作业周转过程灵活,能回圈利用,节约制作成本;
4.制作模组化,一机能筛选不同规格的螺柱。

图中标号2为螺柱9的螺柱体,3为螺柱9的螺柱冒,4为U型槽落料器的一个侧边,5为U型槽落料器另一个侧边,6为支架,7为U 型槽落料器内部落料口,8为限位条,9为螺柱,10为U 型槽落料器两端落料口,11为螺柱放置料斗,12为放置料斗的顶部挡板,13为控制箱电磁阀,14为U型槽落料器,15为料板,16为压缩空气调节阀。 
具体实施方式                                            
参见图1-图5﹕该筛选器包括控制箱电磁阀13和支架6,支架6固定在电控制箱电磁阀13上侧,支架6上侧设置有螺柱放置料斗11,该放置料斗11的底部密封安装有U 型槽落料器14,该U 型槽落料器14包括两侧壁4和5,其中一侧壁4的内表面下部均布有限位条8,任意相邻两个限位条8之间形成下料通道,下料通道的下口即U 型槽落料器内部落料口7。位限位条8的内表面到另一侧壁5内表面之间的设定宽度(该宽度根据不同型号螺柱9而定)与螺柱冒3高度H相等,限位条8之间的设定宽度与螺柱体2直径宽度d相等,限位条8的设定厚度与螺柱体2高度h相等;螺柱放置料斗11上侧活动安装有顶部挡板12,且螺柱放置料斗11通过进气管与压缩空气连通,进气管上设置压缩空气调节阀13;所述U 型槽落料器14的一侧或两侧竖向安装有带内腔的料板15。
料板15的两侧壁宽度为螺柱帽高度H和螺柱体高度h之和,并且料板15的上侧设置有与U 型槽落料器14对接口10(即落料口)。 
料板上端与U 型槽落料器两侧为卡接连通结构。 
参见图6、图7、图8,筛选不同的螺柱只要依螺柱体尺寸d 和h 改变U 型槽落料器14的落料口7宽度和深度,同时依不同螺柱帽高度H 改变落料口10的宽度。不受螺柱帽外型的限制。 

Claims (4)

1.一种筛选器,包括控制箱电磁阀和支架,其特征是:支架固定在电磁控制箱上侧,支架上侧设置有螺柱放置料斗,该放置料斗的底部密封安装有U 型槽落料器,该U 型槽落料器包括两侧壁,其中一侧壁的内表面下部均布有限位条,限位条与两侧壁围成能够使螺柱沿同一方向落下的下料口;螺柱放置料斗上侧活动安装有顶部挡板,且螺柱放置料斗通过进气管与压缩空气连通,进气管上设置压缩空气调节阀;所述U 型槽落料器的一侧或两侧竖向安装有带内腔的料板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的筛选器,其特征是:限位条的内表面到另一侧壁内表面之间的设定宽度与螺柱帽高度H相等,限位条之间的设定宽度与螺柱体直径宽度d相等,限位条的设定厚度与螺柱体高度h相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的筛选器,其特征是:料板的两侧壁宽度为螺柱帽高度H和螺柱体高度h之和,并且料板的上侧设置有与U 型槽落料器对接口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的筛选器,其特征是:料板上端与U 型槽落料器两侧为卡接连通结构。
