Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型喷漆废气处理装置,包括第一、二喷淋洗涤塔和光触媒净化塔;第一喷淋洗涤塔气体进口与废气收集管相连,第一喷淋洗涤塔气体出口与第二喷淋洗涤塔气体进口相连,第二喷淋洗涤塔气体出口与光触媒净化塔气体进口连接,光触媒净化塔气体出口与排风装置连接。废气经两级喷淋洗涤,有效去除漆雾和水溶性污染物;光触媒净化塔内产生的高能离子活性基团,能迅速将喷漆废气中的苯、甲苯、二甲苯、非甲烷总烃等氧化、分解。本实用新型针对喷漆废气的净化而设计,亦适用于其它各种废气的处理,净化效率高,运行维护费用低,安全无二次污染。

背景技术:
[0002]目前,应用于有机废气净化工艺主要有活性炭吸附法、催化燃烧、低温等离子等。喷漆废气具有风量大、浓度低的特点,其中含有漆雾颗粒物,具有一定粘结性,容易使活性炭失活,且存在阻力系数大,使用能耗大,吸附的饱和点难撑控,吸附容量小,运行费用高等问题。催化燃烧和低温等离子エ艺均存在不安全隐患,可能会导致爆炸和火灾,催化燃烧存在催化剂容易中毒,黏性化合物粘着在催化介质表面,使其失去在反应器中的作用;低温等 离子依然存在易产生火花放电,电能消耗高,对有机物分解不完全等不足。
[0003] 近年来,光触媒技术的科学应用得到新的发展,利用光触媒可以有效的降解喷漆废气中的苯、甲苯、ニ甲苯、非甲烷总烃、挥发性有机物等污染物,像树叶一祥分解污染物,释放负离子,光触媒材料本身不会发生变化和损耗,在光的照射下不断浄化污染物,持续作用时间长,且安全可靠,是新兴的绿色环保材料。

[0010] 光触媒浄化塔内设有与支撑架固定连接的紫外灯,支撑架上设有光触媒介质涂层。

[0012] 本实用新型具有两级喷淋洗涤塔,喷漆废气经管道收集后先后进入第一、ニ喷淋洗涤塔内,经喷淋雾化器喷淋洗涤,添加植物液生物酶的洗涤液通过雾化,比表面积増大,比表效应增加,具有很强的活性,有效去除喷漆废气中的漆雾和水溶性污染物;经第一、ニ喷淋洗涤塔处理后的废气进入光触媒浄化塔,光触媒介质在紫外灯的照射下,能产生大量的高能离子活性基团,废气中的苯、甲苯、ニ甲苯、非甲烷总烃等有害气体被迅速氧化、分解,生成无污染的水和ニ氧化碳等,得到的洁净气体经排风装置排出。[0013] 本实用新型针对喷漆废气的浄化处理而设计,亦适用于其它各种废气的处理,净化效率高,运行维护费用低,安全无二次污染。
