[0002] 随着人类社会工业化进程的日益深入,大型制造行业、火力发电行业以及化工行业对环境带来的压力逐渐增加,他们在生产过程中排放的烟尘废气包含了大量污染物质,如二氧化硫、各种粉尘颗粒。为了减少环境污染,目前工业上普遍使用了机械式除尘器, 也称为旋风式除尘器,其原理是利用离心力筛选出烟尘废气中的粉尘物质,达到了一定的效果,但无法处理其中的有害气体,同时,对于大流量以及高温排放的烟尘废气,该类装置的使用也受到限制。而且这种装置结构复杂,机械运动部件容易出现故障。随后出现了改进型的净化装置,通过附加的脱硫除气装置配合使用化学处理剂溶液的方法去除有害气体, 但需经过先除尘后除气两道工序,效率不高,而且在除气过程中会引起风机带水的问题,给设备维护保养和长期连续运行带来不便。类似的问题也出现在城市垃圾的处理上,垃圾焚烧产生很多污染物,除了固体悬浮物,还有更多的HC和NOx极易危害人体,以及污染大气。 当然为了控制上述有害物质的排放,目前较常用的方法就是将粉尘和废气通过统一的管路集中排放,并收集至专门的净化设备,如过滤塔进行净化处理。然而现有的过滤塔这类以洗涤为主的净化装置存在下述不足,第一、其喷淋装置常常布置在塔身中间,且数量只有一层,使得废气与水得不到充分的混合而导致净化率较低;第二、喷淋装置内的水不能被循环使用,对水资源的利用率较低,在一定程度上也影响了过滤塔的整体净化效能;第三、净化不彻底,还有少量的HC和NOx从排气口排出。
实用新型内容
[0003] 鉴于上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够强化废气与水的混合强度,提高净化率,最大化吸附HC和NOx、同时也能提高水资源利用率的废气净化装置。
[0004] 为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的的技术方案是:一种废气净化装置,包括塔体,过滤水箱和循环泵,其中,所述塔体的底部设有进气口,顶部设有排气通道,塔体内部由下到上依次布置有至少两层喷水层,相邻的两个喷水层之间布置有填充层;本实用新型中的填充层,作为现有技术其填料主要是拉西环等塑料填充物质,起到过滤焦化废气中的有害气体,并使水气分离的作用。塔体底部连通过滤水箱,而过滤水箱经循环入水管路连接至少一台循环泵,而循环泵经循环出水管路同时连接前述各个喷水层;所述排气通道内还设有HC和NOx吸附棒。
[0005] 本实用新型工作时,废气从塔体底部的进气口进入,沿塔身向上流动,与垂直方向布置的至少两层喷水层中由上而下喷淋的水接触,污染物质得到充分的混合溶解;然后又经过填充层的吸附过滤消除有害气体,净化率得到了较大的提高。而污水则经由塔体底部送至过滤水箱进行排污处理,然后通过循环泵及相应的循环水管路送至喷水层继续使用, 提高了水资源的利用率,也在一定程度上提高了本实用新型整体的净化效能。[0006] 本实用新型的有益效果在于:1.本实用新型由于在塔身内由下至上依次布置有至少两层喷水层,使得焦化废气与水得到充分混合,提高了净化强度,也在一定程度上提高了填充层的净化吸附效力;因此使得整体净化率得到的了提高。2.本实用新型由于将排水口和喷水层经循环管路连接循环排污泵,提高了水资源的利用率,也就在一定程度上提高了本实用新型整体的净化效能。3.排气通道内设有HC和NOx吸附棒,用于吸附未净化彻底的废气中含有HC化合物和NOx。
