本实用新型涉及一种立式针形冲击磨主动带轮机构。
背景技术
立式针形冲击磨是一种高速悬臂转动的粉碎设备,它的主动带轮直接安装在电机轴上,通过皮带带动主机转子高速运转,传统的带轮轴孔和电机轴之间存在过盈,给皮带轮安装和拆卸带来很大难度,在使用中由于经常安装拆卸需要敲击而损坏皮带轮,同时延长安装时间,造成检修、安装成本增加,设备恢复运行时间延长等缺点。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的是提供一种方便皮带轮的安装和拆卸的立式针形冲击磨主动带轮锥套结构。 
    为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种立式针形冲击磨主动带轮机构,包括主动带轮,其主动带轮通过平键与电机轴连接,所述电机轴和主动带轮之间嵌入一个锥套,主动带轮内锥孔和锥套外锥面配合,锥套底部法兰与主动带轮螺栓联接,锥套上开设轴向槽,并通过平键与电机轴联接。
    本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型的立式针形冲击磨主动带轮机构使得皮带轮安装和拆卸更方便,降低维修安装成本,同时,锥套上开设轴向槽,便于锥套圆周可在一定压力或张力下改变直径。

    如图1、图2所示,一种立式针形冲击磨主动带轮机构,包括主动带轮1、平键6以及电机轴3,电机轴3和主动带轮1之间嵌入一个锥套2,主动带轮1内锥孔和锥套2外锥面配合,锥套2底部法兰与主动带轮1螺栓4联接,锥套2上开设轴向槽7,并通过平键6与电机轴3联接。
