本发明涉及到金属冲压模具,是一种有压边装置的拉深模。
背景技术
目前,公知的拉深模按工艺顺序分有首次拉深模和以后各次拉深模,按使用的设备可分为单动压力机用拉深模,双动压力机用拉深模,三动压力机用拉深模,按工序的组合又可分为单工序拉深模,复合模和连续拉深模。而上述模具机构,由于模具没有采用导向机构,并由下模板底孔落下,模具安装时由校模圈完成任务,凸凹模的对中,工作时才将校模圈移走,虽然模具结构简单,制造方便,一般用于材料塑性好,相对厚度较大的工件拉深,由于拉深模要深入到凹模下面。所以,该模具只适用于浅拉深,为了克服上述模具机构的不足,特提供如下一种模具机构。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种有压边装置的拉深模,它是这样实现的,压边装置和凸模安装在下模,凹模安装在上模,采用首次拉深模结构形式,图中(7)为弹性压边圈(起定位和卸料作用),压边力由连接在下模座上的弹性压边装置提供,工作时,坯料在压边圈上定位,凹模下行与工件接触,拉深结束后,凹模上行,压边圈恢复原位,将零件从凸模上脱出,使零件留在凹模内,最后由打料杆将零件推出凹模。它解决了普通模具只适用于浅拉深,不适合深拉深的技术难题,同时,它动作十分可靠,压力传递良好,模具结构简单,制作方便,也可适用厚度较大的工件深拉深。一种有压边装置的拉深模,其特征是:销(1)与打料杆(2)配合,推板(3)紧固连接在打料杆(2)上,垫板(4)、凹模(5)压边圈(7)用连接螺钉紧固,顶杆(8)与下模板连通。

图中所示是一种有压边装置的拉深模,压边装置和凸模安装在下模,凹模安装在上模,采用首次拉深模结构形式,图中(7)为弹性压边圈,它同时起定位和卸料作用,压边力由连接在下模座上的弹性压边装置提供。工作时,坯料在压边圈(7)上定位,凹模(5)下行与工件接触,拉深结束后,凹模(5)上行,压边圈(7)恢复原位,将零件从凸模(6)上脱出,使零件留在凹模(5)内,最后由打料(2)将零件推出凹模。
