背景技术:
目前,生产中需要有大量的φ38mm钢管对接,两根φ38mm钢管在对接时如果不采用工装会出现对口错边量,且工作效率低。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种钢管组对钳,该装置结构简单、使用方便,可将两根管子的对接接头固定在一起保持同心,从而避免对口错边量的产生。
如上构思,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种钢管组对钳,包括克丝钳,其特征在于:在克丝钳的头部固装一圆形钳口,在克丝钳的钳柄底部固装有加长钳柄。
上述加长钳柄为φ18mm钢管。
上述圆形钳口由φ45mm钢管制成。
本实用新型由克丝钳改装而成,在克丝钳头部加装由钢管自制的钳口固定钢管对接接头,将钳柄加长增加钳口加紧力,因此可将两根管子的对接接头固定在一起保持同心,从而避免对口错边量的产生,提高工作效率。

具体实施方式:
如图所示:一种钢管组对钳,在克丝钳1的头部2处焊接一圆形钳口3,在克丝钳的钳柄底部4处焊接有加长钳柄5。上述加长钳柄为φ18mm钢管。上述圆形钳口由φ45mm钢管制成。
使用本实用新型时用钳口夹住φ38mm钢管对接接头,给钳柄一定的压力,围绕φ38mm钢管旋转几下,两根φ38mm钢管就会自动对正,避免对口错边量的产生。点固接头,取下组对钳后完成焊接。
