Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种取暖装置，具体地说是涉及一种采暖散热器。它包括水室管和水道管，所述水室管焊接水口和水道管的焊接水口之间设有连接件以使水室管和水道管在焊接前保持连接。本实用新型结构设计简单合理，水室管和水道管在焊接之前已经先定位好，方便焊接，也保证水室管和水道管的焊接水口之间不错位，大大提高了散热效果。

本实用新型涉及一种取暖装置，具体地说是涉及一种采暖散热器。
背景技术
现有采暖散热器包括水室管和水道管，两者通过焊接水口焊接，目前水室管与水道管焊接都必须用夹具把两者夹紧，再焊接，这种焊接方法易导致两者的水口错位，焊接本身也不方便。
发明内容
因此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种焊接方便、焊接水口之间对应准确的采暖散热器。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案给予实现。
一种采暖散热器，包括水室管和水道管，所述水室管焊接水口和水道管的焊接水口之间设有连接件以使水室管和水道管在焊接前保持连接。
所述连接件是在水道管的焊接水口周边设有插脚，插脚对应插入水室管焊接水口内。
或者所述连接件是在所述水室管焊接水口周边设有插脚，插脚对应插入水道管焊接水口内。
本实用新型结构设计简单合理，水室管和水道管在焊接之前已经先定位好，方便焊接，也保证水室管和水道管的焊接水口之间不错位，大大提高了散热效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详述。
实施例，结合图1至图3，一种采暖散热器，包括水室管1和水道管2，所述水道管2的焊接水口3周边设有插脚4，插脚4对应插入水室管1焊接水口5内再弯折，以使水室管1和水道管2在焊接前保持连接。
同理如果插脚设在水室管上，则插脚直接插入水道管的焊接水口内，此结构不再用附图进行说明，原理与上述一样。

1.一种采暖散热器，包括水室管和水道管，其特征在于：所述水室管焊接水口和水道管的焊接水口之间设有连接件以使水室管和水道管在焊接前保持连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述采暖散热器，其特征在于：所述水道管的焊接水口周边设有插脚，插脚对应插入水室管焊接水口内。
3.根据权利要求1所述采暖散热器，其特征在于：所述水室管焊接水口周边设有插脚，插脚对应插入水道管焊接水口内。
