本实用新型具体涉及一种三胺成品螺旋出料装置。
背景技术
现有技术的三胺成品螺旋出料装置包括一个安装在捕集器底部的螺旋输送绞龙，螺旋输送绞龙底部设有一个储料罐，当储料罐内物料聚集到一定程度后，通过储料罐顶部的压缩气管向储料罐内冲入压缩气，物料在压缩气的作用下通过储料罐底部的出料管线输送到包装料仓，采用这种结构的出料装置，由于只有一个储料罐，当连续放料时，极易造成工艺气体跑入出料管线，造成系统消耗较高和环境污染，若捕集器塌料，也极易造成出料管线堵塞，导致整个系统被迫停车，严重影响生产效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术三胺成品螺旋出料装置在连续放料时，极易造成工艺气体跑入出料管线，造成系统消耗较高和环境污染，出料管线一旦堵塞导致整个系统被迫停车的缺陷，提供一种带有两套螺旋输送绞龙、储料罐及出料管线的三胺成品螺旋出料装置。该装置交替间歇出料，工艺气体不易进入出料管线，其中一条出料管线堵塞，可以启用另一条，整个系统无需停车。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的：

如图1、图2所示，捕集器1底部左右两侧分别设有螺旋输送绞龙2、螺旋输送绞龙6，两条输送绞龙下部分别设有储料罐4、储料罐8，储料罐4、储料罐8的上部分别设有压缩气输入管3、压缩气输入管7，储料罐4、储料罐8的下部分别设有出料管线5、出料管线9。
本实用新型相当于在捕集器底部设有两套出料装置，两套装置交替间歇出料，工艺气体不易进入出料管线，其中一条出料管线堵塞，可以启用另一条，整个系统无需停车，提高了生产效率。
