本实用新型涉及一种电站空气预热器用HYD传热元件板型,设有上板材和下板材,每块板材设有多个接续排列的变形区,每个变形区设有依序排列的S形波峰槽口、前波纹区、平板区、后波纹区,所述波峰槽口由一个负波峰和一个正波峰构成,前波纹区和后波纹区由数个斜向排列的等距规则波纹构成,波峰槽口和平板区等距平行排列,前、后波纹区与波峰槽口和平板区呈40-60度斜向排列;上板材和下板材平行错位线性叠放,下板材波峰槽口的正波峰顶与上板材的平板区的中间位置相对应叠放,构成封闭通道。本实用新型适用于电站空气预热器的传热元件的制作,结构合理,传热效果好,不易堵灰,易清洗,节能环保。

技术领域
本实用新型提供了一种电站空气预热器传热元件板型,具体是HYD型传热元件板型,应用于电站锅炉回转式空气预热器的一种传热元件结构的设计制作,具有传热效率高的特点。 
技术背景
回转式空气预热器分为烟气侧和空气侧,连续转动的转子作为空气预热器传热元件的载体,将烟气侧流经转子的热烟气的热量吸收,被加热的传热元件转到空气侧,加热流经传热元件的空气。其作用是将从锅炉尾部排出的烟气的热量吸收用于加热进气端的冷空气,并将加热后的空气送进燃烧器参与燃烧和输送及干燥煤粉参与燃烧。 
在老电站脱销系统改造和新机组配套上脱销系统的电站机组中,电站空气预热器热端传热元件应能提供较高的传热效率,并具有低压降,不宜堵灰,易清洗的效果。但现有的传热元件的板型结构较为简单,传热效果不够理想,在压降、堵灰、清洗等方面不够理想。因此,需要提出一种结构更为合理,传热等效果更好的传热元件板型。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提出一种电站空气预热器用HYD传热元件板型,该板型结构合理,传热性能好、压降小、不易堵灰和容易清洗等性能更好,更节能环保。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:电站空气预热器用HYD传热元件板型,设有两块结构相同的板材,即上板材和下板材,其特征是:每块板材设有多个接续排列的变形区,每个变形区设有依序排列的S形波峰槽口、前波纹区、平板区、后波纹区,所述波峰槽口由一个负波峰和一个正波峰构成,前波纹区和后波纹区由数个斜向排列的等距规则波纹构成,波峰槽口和平板区 等距平行排列,前、后波纹区与波峰槽口和平板区呈40-60度斜向排列;上板材和下板材平行错位线性叠放,下板材波峰槽口的正波峰顶与上板材的平板区的中间位置相对应叠放,构成封闭通道。 
本实用新型的特点是:特别适合用于配有脱销系统电站锅炉空气预热器的传热元件。本实用新型HYD传热元件板型可取代NF6应用于配有脱销系统电站锅炉空气预热器中,具有拢动及混合强烈,单位体积受热面大,故传热效率高,相对阻力小,降低压力损失,提高换热效率。减小换热器的型号,节约钢材,节能环保效果好。
