Abstract

一种卡环式管连接件，其管件体、螺母与管材间设有卡环套，一卡环套上设有与管材上相对应的滚槽，其滚槽内要有钢丝卡环，卡环套的斜面与螺母的斜面通过螺纹连接为紧密配合，螺母其内面通过螺纹、卡环套通过密封、管材通过经向密封与管件体相结合为一整体。本实用新型设计合理，双重密封使管路系统不漏水，安装方便快捷，工序简单。

本实用新型涉及管道工程连接件，适用于钢塑管、铝塑管薄壁型管材系统，特别是一种卡环式管连接件。
背景技术
现有复合管给排水系统中卡环式管道连接件由于在结构上的设计问题，存在一些缺陷。如暗埋可靠性低；柔性连接在使用中脱管严重；管路系统中管道刚性不足，变形大；工序复杂，给施工人员带来安装上很多不必要的麻烦；管件应力过于集中，安装时易损坏管件。
发明内容
    本实用新型的目的是克服上述缺陷，提供一种卡环式管连接件，解决给排水系统中的暗埋、脱管、柔性连接引起变形大，安装复杂，应力集中的缺点。
    本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的。
    一种卡环式管连接件，其特征在于管件体、螺母与管材间设有卡环套，卡环套上设有与管材上相对应的滚槽，其滚槽内要有钢丝卡环，卡环套的斜面与螺母的斜面通过螺纹连接为紧密配合，螺母其内面通过螺纹、卡环套通过密封、管材通过经向密封与管件体相结合为一整体。
    所属钢丝卡环与管材、、卡环套或与滚槽的配合均为紧配合，所属卡环套上设有开口槽。
    本实用新型通过钢丝卡环在管材上定位，由卡环套对钢丝卡环夹紧定位，再通过卡环套上斜面与螺母内斜面配合夹紧定位，最后由管材、与管件体通过经向密封定位。
    有益效果：本实用新型设计合理，在管路系统施工过程中快装、暗埋，解决脱管、柔性连接变形大、安装复杂、应力集中问题，双重密封使管路系统不漏水，安装方便快捷，工序简单。

具体实施方式
    卡环式管连接件，管件体1、螺母6与管材7间设有卡环套4，卡环套4上设有与管材7上相对应的滚槽，其滚槽内要有钢丝卡环5，   一卜环套4的斜面与螺母6的斜面通过螺纹连接为紧密配合，螺母6其内面通过螺纹、卡环套4通过密封、管材7通过经向密封与管件体1相结合为一整体。钢丝卡环5与管材7、卡环套4或与滚槽的配合均为紧配合。卡环套4上设有开口槽。

1.一种卡环式管连接件，其特征在于管件体（1）、螺母（6）与管材（7）间设有卡环套（4），卡环套（4）上设有与管材（7）上相对应的滚槽，其滚槽内要有钢丝卡环（5），卡环套（4）的斜面与螺母（6）的斜面通过螺纹连接为紧密配合，螺母（6）其内面通过螺纹、卡环套（4）通过密封、管材（7）通过经向密封与管件体（1）相结合为一整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡环式管连接件，其特征是钢丝卡环（5）与管材（7）、卡环套（4）或与滚槽的配合均为紧配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卡环式管连接件，其特征是卡环套（4）上设有开口槽。
