Abstract

本发明公开了一种石油管连接箍，包括管箍，还包括卡套和螺母，卡套为环状，纵截面为楔形结构；螺母与管箍设有匹配的螺纹结构；卡套设在螺母和管箍之间。本发明采用卡套与外螺母结构，能以面密封方式对石油管进行固定连接，使得整个密封性能提高，操作容易，不易脱落。

本发明涉及管件技术领域，尤其是一种石油管连接箍。
背景技术
石油管常规连接箍在石油输送设备中占很大比例，一般是在钢管内壁加工内螺纹结构，与石油管的外螺纹进行连接，实现对两段石油管进行有效对接。在石油输送中，由于石油是在高压下输送，这必然要求管件连接的牢固性，其中连接箍与石油管的螺纹连接，存在密封不严出现泄漏的问题，虽然可在螺纹连接缝中添加麻绳或玻璃丝，但操作麻烦，不好操控。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提出一种石油管连接箍，结构简单，密封性好。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明提供以下技术方案：一种石油管连接箍，包括管箍，还包括卡套和螺母，卡套为环状，纵截面为楔形结构；螺母与管箍设有匹配的螺纹结构；卡套设在螺母和管箍之间。
进一步地，该管箍的两端内壁为倾斜设置，与卡套的外侧面相对应。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：采用卡套与外螺母结构，能以面密封方式对石油管进行固定连接，使得整个密封性能提高，操作容易，不易脱落。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述，本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性，不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1所示，一种石油管连接箍，包括管箍1，在管箍1的两端分别设有外螺纹，方便与螺母2进行对接；而在管箍1与螺母2之间设有卡套3，该卡套为环体结构，外侧面为倾斜设置，方便插设于管箍1中。
由管箍1两端插入石油管，卡套3和螺母2也均套设在石油管上，将螺母2与管箍1进行螺纹连接，在挤压过程卡套3外侧面与管箍1内壁紧密配合，同时卡套3的内侧面与石油管外壁紧密配合，在加大螺母2和管箍1的挤压力情况下，卡套3发生变形，使得上述两处配合更加紧密，从而实现快速和密封性好的连接。
将管箍1的两端内壁设为倾斜结构，便于卡套3插入管箍1中，有利于其发生形变，操作容易。

1.一种石油管连接箍，包括管箍，其特征在于：还包括卡套和螺母，卡套为环状，纵截面为楔形结构；螺母与管箍设有匹配的螺纹结构；卡套设在螺母和管箍之间。
2.如权利要求1所述石油管连接箍，其特征在于：该管箍的两端内壁为倾斜设置，与卡套的外侧面相对应。
