Abstract
本发明公开了一种石油管连接箍,包括管箍,还包括卡套和螺母,卡套为环状,纵截面为楔形结构;螺母与管箍设有匹配的螺纹结构;卡套设在螺母和管箍之间。本发明采用卡套与外螺母结构,能以面密封方式对石油管进行固定连接,使得整个密封性能提高,操作容易,不易脱落。

技术领域
本发明涉及管件技术领域,尤其是一种石油管连接箍。
背景技术
石油管常规连接箍在石油输送设备中占很大比例,一般是在钢管内壁加工内螺纹结构,与石油管的外螺纹进行连接,实现对两段石油管进行有效对接。在石油输送中,由于石油是在高压下输送,这必然要求管件连接的牢固性,其中连接箍与石油管的螺纹连接,存在密封不严出现泄漏的问题,虽然可在螺纹连接缝中添加麻绳或玻璃丝,但操作麻烦,不好操控。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种石油管连接箍,结构简单,密封性好。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种石油管连接箍,包括管箍,还包括卡套和螺母,卡套为环状,纵截面为楔形结构;螺母与管箍设有匹配的螺纹结构;卡套设在螺母和管箍之间。
进一步地,该管箍的两端内壁为倾斜设置,与卡套的外侧面相对应。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:采用卡套与外螺母结构,能以面密封方式对石油管进行固定连接,使得整个密封性能提高,操作容易,不易脱落。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述,本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性,不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1所示,一种石油管连接箍,包括管箍1,在管箍1的两端分别设有外螺纹,方便与螺母2进行对接;而在管箍1与螺母2之间设有卡套3,该卡套为环体结构,外侧面为倾斜设置,方便插设于管箍1中。
由管箍1两端插入石油管,卡套3和螺母2也均套设在石油管上,将螺母2与管箍1进行螺纹连接,在挤压过程卡套3外侧面与管箍1内壁紧密配合,同时卡套3的内侧面与石油管外壁紧密配合,在加大螺母2和管箍1的挤压力情况下,卡套3发生变形,使得上述两处配合更加紧密,从而实现快速和密封性好的连接。
将管箍1的两端内壁设为倾斜结构,便于卡套3插入管箍1中,有利于其发生形变,操作容易。

1.一种石油管连接箍,包括管箍,其特征在于:还包括卡套和螺母,卡套为环状,纵截面为楔形结构;螺母与管箍设有匹配的螺纹结构;卡套设在螺母和管箍之间。
2.如权利要求1所述石油管连接箍,其特征在于:该管箍的两端内壁为倾斜设置,与卡套的外侧面相对应。
