背景技术
定位销是模具中常用的定位元件，为了便于用模具进行生产，生产前首先要做的就是用定位销将该模具进行定位，但由于现有的定位销多是由硬度很大的钢质材料所制，所以经常会出现模具表面被损伤的情况。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能避免模具表面损伤的模具定位销。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：包括定位杆，及由定位杆延伸的定位柱；所述定位柱设置有导向部，及设置在导向部上的塑料销帽；所述塑料销帽呈半圆形。
进一步地，所述塑料销帽的直径大于导向部的直径。
本实用新型的模具定位销，由于所述定位柱设置有导向部，及设置在导向部上的塑料销帽，通过塑料销帽与模具表面接触，有效避免了模具表面被定位销损伤的情况。
