背景技术
模具工业在近几年来得到了快速的普及和发展。其中各种成型模具是大批量制造各种产品所广泛应用的工业设备。
成型模具在生产使用中都存在一个合模工序，该工序就是将上模与下模进行合并，从而形成产品成型腔，因此成型模具的合模准确性直接影响产品的成型质量。
但是目前现有的成型模具设计，其在合模时，上模芯与下模芯呈两个平面贴合状，这种设计使得合模时模芯的定位精度不高，影响产品的成型质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足，提供一种在合模时，能提升模芯定位精度的成型模具。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所设计的成型模具，它包括镶嵌有上模芯的上模框和镶嵌有下模芯的下模框，所述上模芯的周边与下模芯的周边为凹凸配合状；
上述上模芯的周边与下模芯的周边为凹凸配合状，是指下模芯的周边相对于下模框的顶面呈隆起状，上模芯的周边相对于上模框的顶面呈凹陷状。
本实用新型得到的成型模具，由于其上模芯的周边与下模芯的周边为凹凸配合状，使得在合模时，其上模芯与下模芯相互定位精度高，产品成型质量好。

如图1和图2所示，本实施例提供一种塑料筐的成型模具，它包括镶嵌有上模芯2的上模框1和镶嵌有下模芯5的下模框4，所述上模芯的周边3与下模芯的周边6为凹凸配合状。
上述上模芯的周边3与下模芯的周边6为凹凸配合状，是指下模芯的周边6相对于下模框的顶面8呈隆起状，上模芯的周边3相对于上模框的顶面7呈凹陷状。

1.一种成型模具，它包括镶嵌有上模芯（2）的上模框（1）和镶嵌有下模芯（5）的下模框（4），其特征在于：所述上模芯的周边（3）与下模芯的周边（6）为凹凸配合状。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的成型模具，其特征在于：所述上模芯的周边（3）与下模芯的周边（6）为凹凸配合状，是指下模芯的周边（6）相对于下模框的顶面（8）呈隆起状，上模芯的周边（3）相对于上模框的顶面（7）呈凹陷状。
