目前冲孔模通常包括上模、斜楔机构和下模,斜楔机构包括上模滑块部、与上模滑块部配合的斜楔下部和驱动机构,驱动机构由上模的楔形插刀驱动。这样的结构,模具的整体尺寸较大,模具的制作成本较高,为了减小模具的整体尺寸,降低模具的制作成本,冲孔模采用内置斜楔结构,这种结构因为斜锲的工作面藏于压料芯里面,操作不便,安装效率较低。目前还没有这样的便于操作、能提高安装效率的带内置斜楔冲孔模具的压料芯。

要解决该技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种带内置斜楔冲孔模的压料芯,其包括压料芯本体和与压料芯本体可拆卸连接的压料芯镶块,所述的压料芯镶块上具有与冲头相适应的通孔。
所述的压料芯镶块与压料芯本体通过内六角螺栓相连接。
本实用新型带内置斜楔冲孔模的压料芯采用这样的结构,使用时能把镶块拆下装配冲头,操作方便,能提高安装效率。

如图1、图2所示,冲孔模包括上模6、斜楔机构和下模7,斜楔机构包括上模斜楔安装座1、斜楔2、冲头安装垫板3、冲头安装板4、冲头9、带内置斜楔冲孔模的压料芯5和压料芯导块8,斜楔2的上方与上模斜楔安装座1连接,斜楔2的下方具有冲头安装垫板3、冲头安装板4、冲头9和带内置斜楔冲孔模的压料芯5,冲头9与冲头安装垫板3、冲头安装板4连为一体,带内置斜楔冲孔模的压料芯5的旁侧具有压料芯导块8。上模斜楔安装座1与上模10固接,下模7与冲头9相适应处具有冲头导套。
带内置斜楔冲孔模的压料芯5包括压料芯本体10和与压料芯本体10可拆卸连接的压料芯镶块12,压料芯镶块12上具有与冲头9相适应的通孔13,压料芯镶块12与压料芯本体10通过内六角螺栓11相连接。这样的结构,使用时能把镶块拆下装配冲头,操作方便,能提高安装效率,便于维修更换。
