技术领域
本实用新型的远红外骨病沙疗枕属于理疗器具领域，尤其涉及一种具有治疗骨病功能的枕头。
背景技术
由于职业原因及不良生活习惯，很多人患有不同程度的颈肌劳损、颈肩部肌肉酸痛、头晕、头痛、肩手麻木、脖子发硬、发僵、肩膀沉重变硬、上肢无力麻木、下肢疼痛凝滞等症，市场上的一些所谓治疗枕，不但价格高昂，而且疗效甚微，甚至只有枕头的功能。
新疆吐鲁番因其低于海平面145米的盆地地理环境，常年无雨酷热干旱，人们将躯干四肢埋入自然沙堆中进行疾病治疗，俗称沙疗，其历史十分悠久。明代大医药家李时珍在他的《本草纲目》中记载：六月取河沙，烈日暴晒令极热，除祛风寒诸病。吐鲁番沙子中含有钙、镁、钾、钠、硒、锌、锶等微量元素及丰富的磁铁矿物质，经现代临床实践证实，沙疗对风湿引起的风湿病，关节病，中风，颈椎病，肢体酸困，慢性腰腿痛，坐骨神经痛，脉管炎，肩周炎，软组织损伤，高血压等具有良好的疗效，对解除疲劳，改善睡眠十分有益。因此，每年来自全国各地的患者络绎不绝。由于疗程较长，给外地人带来很多不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不受场所限制，在睡眠、休闲中即可对某些骨病进行治疗的远红外骨病沙疗枕。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：远红外骨病沙疗枕由钢管、热反射膜、电热膜、沙片、枕套及温控器组成，核心部为空腔不锈钢管，管外壁贴敷有热反射膜，膜外包裹有电热膜，电热膜外包卷有沙片，沙片外套装有圆柱形空腔枕套。沙片由布袋及其袋内填装的双峰驼驼毛，驼毛上均匀撒放的吐鲁番黄沙、火焰山盐碱土以及中草药丁香、马钱子、莪术、薰衣草的粉末组成。连接电热膜的电线的另一端与温控器电路相连。枕套上装有拉链。
发热膜通电后能生成大量红外热能，产生对人体有益的负离子，易被人体吸收，进行新陈代谢，提高免疫能力，增强肌能，调节肌体功能平衡，具镇静，催眠等理疗保健作用。
吐鲁番黄沙和火焰山盐碱土：黄沙中含有钙、镁、钾、钠、硒、锌、锶等微量元素及丰富的磁铁矿物质。磁铁矿物质经过烈日照射，产生磁场作用于人体，与微量元素协同作用，成为集磁疗、热疗、光疗和按摩于一体的综合疗法，而且可促进面部、脑、肩、颈部血液循环，改善肌肤新陈代谢，帮助睡眠。通过核心部的远红外发热膜，使沙粒温度升高，向人体深部组织传导，从而起到扩张末梢血管，改善患处的血液循环，增强新陈代谢，活跃网状内皮系统，增强机体免疫力等功效，使神经系统功能得到激活和恢复，并能引起肌体复杂的全身反应。
丁香：加热之后有明显的抗菌，抗病毒作用，可抑制枕芯聚集的病毒病菌，保证枕头的疗效。另外它有祛风除湿功能，可治疗偏头痛，青光眼及风湿引起的各类疾病。
马钱子：具通络止痛，散结消肿功能。主治风湿顽痹，麻木瘫痪，跌扑损伤，痈疽肿痛；加热之后对小儿麻痹后遗症、类风湿性关节痛等病，治疗功能明显增加。
莪术：主要作用经闭及心腹瘀痛。莪术苦泄辛散温通，既入血分，又入气分，能破血散瘀，消癥化积，行气止痛，适用于气滞血瘀、食积日久而成的癥瘕积聚以及气滞、血瘀、食停、寒凝所致的诸般痛证。
薰衣草：具有清香宜人，宁神镇静，镇定安神，放松身躯，提高睡眼质量，益智健脑，增强记忆，呵护安抚情绪之功能。人在睡眠时，加热的薰衣草发出的香气通过口腔、鼻孔和皮肤的吸收，达到疏通疗病养生的效果。
双峰驼毛：可吸收人体的风湿，具镇惊、收涩、解毒之功能，可治痫癫狂，赤白带下，崩漏，痔疮，疳疮等疾病。驼毛加热之后温软舒服，保持枕内的药物持续发挥效用。
由于实行上述技术方案，本枕吸汗消臭，自动调温，使用方便，节省时间及治病成本。不受场所限制，在睡眠、休闲中即可获得沙疗现场般的治疗效果。

本实用新型不受下述实施例的限制，可根据本实用新型的技术方案与实际情况来确定具体的实施方式。
实施例：如图1—3所示，远红外骨病沙疗枕由钢管2、热反射膜1、电热膜3、沙片4、枕套6及温控器8组成，核心部为空腔不锈钢管2，管外壁贴敷有热反射膜1，膜外包裹有电热膜3，电热膜3外包卷有沙片4，沙片4外套装有圆柱形空腔枕套6。沙片4由一布袋及袋内填装的双峰驼驼毛、吐鲁番黄沙、火焰山盐碱土以及中草药丁香、马钱子、莪术、薰衣草的粉末组成。将双峰驼驼毛摊平，再将吐鲁番黄沙、火焰山盐碱土以及中草药丁香、马钱子、莪术、薰衣草的粉末拌匀，均匀撒放在驼毛上，然后将驼毛塞入布袋中，最后用缝纫机将布袋缝成横竖排列的□形、◇形、8字形、△形、○形、梯形、★形等格子状，即成沙片4。连接电热膜3的电线5的另一端与温控器8电路相连。枕套6上装有拉链7。热反射膜1为地暖工程所用，其作用在于阻止电热膜3产生的热量向钢管2散射，将热反射进入沙片4内。温控器8为一般电热毯等所用。
治疗时，将沙疗枕放置在颈下、肩下、腰下、腿下、脚下、腘窝、胳肢窝等处，调节好温控器8的温度，开通电源即可。

1.一种远红外骨病沙疗枕，由钢管、热反射膜、电热膜、沙片、枕套及温控器组成，其特征在于：核心部为空腔不锈钢管，管外壁贴敷有热反射膜，膜外包裹有电热膜，电热膜外包卷有沙片，沙片外套装有圆柱形空腔枕套。
2.如权利要求1所述的远红外骨病沙疗枕，其特征在于：沙片由布袋及其袋内填装的双峰驼驼毛，驼毛上均匀撒放的吐鲁番黄沙、火焰山盐碱土以及中草药丁香、马钱子、莪术、薰衣草的粉末组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的远红外骨病沙疗枕，其特征在于：连接电热膜的电线的另一端与温控器电路相连。
4.如权利要求1所述的远红外骨病沙疗枕，其特征在于：枕套上装有拉链。
5.如权利要求1所述的远红外骨病沙疗枕，其特征在于：沙片为横竖排列的方形、或菱形形、或8字形、或三角形、或圆形、或梯形、或五角星形的格子状。
